Amazing service and crew. Brian spent a lot of time before we even agreed to do the job with Tar Heel going over all the details and addressing all of our concerns and questions. The install went very smoothly and everything happened as described in their what to expect document. Walter and crew were courteous and professional and did a very good job of taking care of our property and cleaning up at the end of the day and job. Chip stopped by and ensured everything was done and completed the last touches. Communication was often and excellent. Outstanding experience for our first big home job. Highly recommend Tar Heel for siding installs.

I cannot say enough about Tar Heel. From our first experience with Brian to the end experience with Ray it was amazing. Brian spent so much time going over the options and colors with us that by the time we started he felt like an old friend. Walter and crew during installation were beasts. I’ve never met harder workers, it was so hot and they never seemed to take a break. Chip and Brian kept everything on track and Brian checked in periodically during the job to make sure we were happy and taken care of. The day after it was done Ray came out and made sure there was nothing left behind and Chip even took our old antenna. While I won’t miss the banging on our house I will miss the amazing customer service that I’ve never experienced anywhere else.

We contacted Tar Heel for an estimate to repair and replace our gutters. From the moment I reached out, they were quick to respond and I heard from our assigned estimator, Dalton, the very next day. Once I connected with Dalton, he came to our house the following day and I had the written estimate in hand a few hours later. Pricing was very fair, transparent, and Dalton thoroughly explained all of our options without being pushy. Prior to Tar Heel, we had three companies come out to give us estimates and all three completely disappeared on us or gave excuses as to why they couldn’t confirm a start date for our job, so I had my doubts. However, Tar Heel scheduled us almost immediately and the job was completed just a few days after we received the estimate. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and did an amazing job. Our new gutters are clean, look great, and already held up well in a storm. I highly recommend Tar Heel to anyone in need of services that they offer. We will definitely reach out again in the future if the need arises.

Fabulous experience with Tar Heel. Every person I worked with was professional, and we truly felt they had our best interest at heart. Tar Heel Construction replaced my roof and four skylights. They came early and stayed late to finish the job in one day. Their crew worked tirelessly and professionally in removing the old roof, replacing some plywood and carefully covering my shrubs. Scott, an owner, was very responsive to my questions and special requests. He returned my calls very timely and was clearly very dedicated to providing the services I was requesting. Top notch organization to employ and obviously out to satisfy their customers. Their initial estimate did not change and they were the low bid of four estimates I obtained. Will use them again when I have to replace my siding.

Could not be happier with the finished work by Tar Heel. Dalton came out and gave a quick and transparent estimate. We had cedar siding that we loved, but it needed to be removed. Dalton spent as much time as we needed going over options and walking us through the process. We ultimately found a modern siding with a classic look, thanks to Dalton taking his time and going through different designs. The crew that worked on the house was very professional and polite. They worked continuously through the project. It only took a few days for a ton of work. Dalton was quick to reply whenever I reached out about a question. The house looks incredible, and we are very happy!
