Trash roof didn’t last as long as contract specified. Customer service was disappointing, and service techs need more training in customer service. I will never do business with or recommend to anyone ever. Consider this 1 star a zero from me.

Ruff Roofing installed a magnificent copper roof years ago on this property for the previous owners. Ryan and Spencer and others have come out to make minor repairs in gutters and caulking they really didn’t have to do. But they are kind, quick to respond, and communicate excellently. They are the specialists we would always call because of their terrific work ethic and results. You wouldn’t do better anywhere else.

Ruff Roofers is a phenomenal company. They fixed my slate roof due to a tree falling on it during a windstorm. I worked with Mike Brewer. He was professional, kind, and honest about the work that needed to be done on my home and process of dealing with insurance companies. Let me tell you that Mike went to bat for me with the insurance company when they tried to get over. He fought hard and did not give up. For that, I am so very grateful for him. He kept open communication and just made me fully aware of all aspects of the process. The quality of their work is impeccable. My slate roof is amazing! Ruff Roofers is an amazing company and if I had to do it again, I would still choose Ruff Roofers!!!

Trust the experts. These guys are the real deal. At first I thought I was just getting my roof, gutters, downspouts, and skylights replaced. Upon completion, I realized my entire roofing system has been significantly upgraded. They creatively re-routed the way water interacts with my house/property.

Ruff is the only choice when it comes to roofing in Maryland. I recently had some storm damage to our historic copper roof. During tarping the contractor misread the order and tarped half of my slate roof ruining most of it. Not only did Ruff walk me through the entire process, they restored my copper roof back to its original state down to the detail. Incredibly reasonably priced compared to the scope of work. Their workers took pride day in and day out as they meticulously recreated the damaged roof. Not only did they fix my issue they guided me through an extremely tedious insurance process. Ryan was there step by step every time an adjuster or estimator came out to inspect the roof. He helped me understand exactly what was happening throughout the process 10/10
