I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Simple Home Remodeling. They came highly recommended by several neighbors, who found them to be very professional and reliable. Right from the start we were impressed by Lu and Thomas, who are very well-informed, and whose people skills and commitment to excellence are superb. During the duration of our roof installation, they were always attentive and dedicated. They patiently explained to us what to expect from the roof installation process, and helped us with the insurance, and HOA required documentation; furthermore, they were always available to answer our many questions. We had peace of mind when we learnt that they are licensed, bonded and insured. We cannot be more satisfied with the results; our home looks fantastic. We highly recommend Thomas and Lu, and their company, to anyone looking for quality roofing services in the Annapolis area.

Unbelievable Team! Having Lou as the contractor for roof replacement of a damaged roof was simple. Lou worked with the insurance company to ensure they were covering any and all items that were uncovered as the work progressed. The crew showed up on time and finished when expected. Prompt and courteous service. Lou is very customer centric and will do anything to please his customer – this makes the whole process much easier. Having work done on your house can be unsettling, but Lou takes all the worry out of the experience. One of the best in the business. I would recommend him to everyone.

Thomas and Lou were soooo good ! With everything they did and explained about my new roof and showing me the mold and the stains from the old roof .Great guys and so helpful with multiple questions about the project . They are profesional ,tidy ,patient with my many questions . Really great guys and I will have them come back for a new bathroom . They deserve high praise and a great review.
