We chose Garcia to do our Fortified Roof because they were more knowledgeable about the Fortified roof process. When Taylor Landry presented the info to us we felt comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. All the workers were above and beyond qualified. Landon did a great job supervising. There were several phases that had to be completed and each one was as good as the first. The girls in the office were very good at scheduling and everything went smooth. We are very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

It was an easy process with all the questions I had with it being my first time getting a few done. The crew working on the roof were fast and thorough. They cleaned up everything when they finished before they left.

Maybe I will be able to change this at some point but almost 6 months in and still dealing with trying to get issues fixed. But It started with the salesman. After approving the job I was unable to get in touch with or receive a response for almost a month just trying to get a time line on when my roof would be installed. But wait it gets better. Finally get word that they are waiting for materials to come in. No problem. Another month or so passes and I get a call saying they will come out to measure so they can get materials ordered???? So on to install day. I have existing gutters on my house and was asked if I would be keeping them. I said yes. They then proceed to install my roof (Metal by the way) overhanging the existing gutters complexly. So after months they finally send a crew to trim back the roof. While doing so they then damage the corner seem caps and just leave. Then after having multiple gutter companies come out to have new gutters installed I am told that 1- Drip edge is so tight against the fascia that they do not feel comfortable installing. and 2- The drip edge they installed is so large that the gutters would be hanging off the bottom on my fascia and may not catch alot of rain during a heavy storm. Have talked to 2 different drip edge manufactures that said it is recommended for the drip edge to have a small gap from fascia to prevent water wicking back underneath it. But was told from Garcia that this was installed to there specs. I guess the amount I spent (also want to add that I didn’t haggle about price or anything. Got a quote and said go) wasn’t enough to get the good customer service I saw in reviews that I ultimately based my decision to go with them on. And so you know this is going on 6 months

Got the roof done in a day (15ish hours) and Showed up on time. My Roomate stepped on a nail, and started bleeding. The guy in charge said he would come back by with a magnet the next day, but obviously didn’t….

Everyone that I met through Garcia Roofing was punctual and professional. The inspector and project manager were very knowledgeable about their trade, and were incredibly helpful during this process. I am glad that I made the decision to hire Garcia Roofing instead of another company. The crew completed the job in about 9 hours. They were very thorough. They found wood that was rotting and promptly removed it, and patched it. I am very impressed with the quality of work, attention to detail, and materials used for this project.
