I had work done by this company months ago, I have been trying to reach the office, the contractor that came out to do the work, and to NO avail I am not able to get in touch with anyone, either by text message, voice mails that i have left several times. I am still waiting for my receipt from the contractor Vincent Stano, or he is also known as Frank. I was told by Frank or VIncent that I would be getting my receipt as soon as possible, because he did not have time to type it up on the computer. I said ok. I paid this man $12,000 in cash and with checks. I only want a detailed listing of all the supplies with receipts and cost of all of it so that I can give it to my CPA for my taxes. I suggest that No ONE use this company!!!!! I have left messages at the office as well. No one has called me back or even tried to.

Work was supposed to be a quick job but it still unfinished after almost a month of back and forth where I am told that they will come a specific day but never show up. Quality of the job also appears dubious.

Theses guys did a great job on the flat roof of my business. They finished the job quickly and gave me a great price. I will definitely be contacting them soon for my home’s roof.

I had some concerns and second thoughts after my initial estimate, and the team addressed my points quickly and thoughtfully. Frank and Vinny listened to me and answered all of my questions. Fantastic customer service! Many of the bigger companies would have blown me off, but Royal Roofing LA treated me with respect and patience and showed that they value their customer’s input. Before hiring them I spoke to them for about 3 weeks and Vinny even came to my home to meet with me twice. Royal Roofing installed metal roofing and basically re-did my entire roof. Going in I knew it would be a bit pricey, but metal roofs are durable, trust worthy, and add so much more value to my home. They finished my roof very quickly and even followed up a few weeks later to make sure everything was up to par. I was so satisfied with their level of professionalism and hospitality, I’ll definitely contact Royal Roofing LA for future projects.
