Alpha Roofing review For some background: My husband and I were sold a “flipped” house that ended up being a facade of new material plastered over the old, to include the roof. Because the damages were considered neglect and poor craftsmanship by homeowners insurance, my husband and I have had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on repairs. This made us intent on finding just the right contractor for our roof: one who could balance quality work with fair pricing. Brock turned out to be that contractor. We peppered him with questions throughout a week’s time. He never once seemed bothered or annoyed, answered every one of them thoroughly, and made sure that if he missed our call or text that his response time was prompt. He provided the details we asked for to understand our roofing needs and costs, which involved coming out more than once before we even booked with him. He was well organized, timely, and friendly throughout our business dealings with him. His team was on time each morning, cheerful, respectful, and efficient. My husband and I were out there regularly, climbing onto the roof with them to see where the project was for our own sanity, and they never minded, making small talk or answering questions as we asked. When the project was complete, the team swept the entire area thoroughly for roofing nails or metal debris, then used a blower to ensure our patio, sidewalk, and driveway were clear of other debris. They communicated what time they’d be finished impeccably close to the time they actually were done. Days later, Brock came to collect payment but not before he walked us through exactly what had been done to ensure a quality roof, leaving us with care tips (as it’s a flat TPO, not your normal angled, shingled roof) and with confidence in an excellent product. The peace of mind we received was worth working with Brock alone. If you’re looking for a roofing contractor who cares about his product, team, client, and is fairly priced, don’t hesitate to reach out to Brock.
