Brandon did a great job working with our insurance company to file our claim and follow up for us. Jaime listened to all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. He kept us up with the job progress throughout the day with pictures included. Work was done in a timely fashion and the yard was cleaned up before they departed. Thank you Soco.

This company is amazing!!!! Brandon took care of literally everything with my insurance. I didn’t even know a roofing company could represent me because I was denied before with another company when I tried to put the claim in myself. I was naive to the process until Brandon guided me through it and guaranteed me a new roof. Jaime was amazing as well!!! He made sure I understood every step that took place. Jamie came out and handled our roof repair in a relatively short amount of time. Everything with this company was done very professionally and with the customer in mind. He even called a few days after to ensure that we were no longer experiencing any issues with leaks. I would HIGHLY recommend this roofing company to anyone!! 1st class SoCo!! Great job, exceeded expectations. Great communication from start to finish. Brandon did the initial free inspection and dealt with my insurance company to make this as stress free as possible. Jamie and his crew were on-time, explained each step in process, including drone pictures of progress. Very professional and hard working group. Would highly recommend!!!

Great experience from start to finish. Brandon was great at being the go between subject matter expert with the insurance company and advocating for us to have it approved. Jaime was equal as pleasant to work with and is an outstanding communicator throughout the scheduling process. He was onsite the day of the install and went over their step by step operating procedure for how they were going to complete the job, sending me progress drone pictures all along the way. From start to finish the tore off my old roof and replaced it in under 6 hrs safety and efficiently. They showed up when they said they’d be here and once they finished and cleaned up it was like they’d never been at my house. I would 100% recommend SOCO Roofing.
