I know it doesn’t seems strange to have a company without marked vehicles knocking on your door and telling you they could help you get a new roof covered by your insurance. They, however are the best! Everyone was so nice and understanding of my skepticism, but never stopped proving themselves. Always ready to answer my phone calls or texts with any questions I had. Could not recommend them more!

Had 2 roofs on my property that needed to be replaced. Everything from the inspection to the install went amazing. Trevon Hill made sure to keep in touch during the entire process and made everything so easy on my part 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone

The sales reps showed up to our house one day and knocked on the door and asked if they could inspect our roof. They inspected the damage and repaired the roof completely. We now have a brand new roof for our house or garden shed and our workshop. I would definitely have to shout out Ryan, he is absolutely amazing as the sales rep and has helped us tremendously. I would highly recommend best choice roofing to anyone that is looking for a brand new roof and their quality is outstanding. -Michael & Bethany Sweat

Thank you Best Choice Roofing for doing such a great job – from the beginning to the end. The guys that came out to inspect my roof (Ryan Pillazzaro and Ryan Lane) were great. They took pictures and showed me the damage to my roof. Then they explained the procedure from start to finish. They even contacted my insurance company and kept in contact with them throughout the process. They went over and beyond my expectations. The roofers, themselves, worked hard and cleaned up behind themselves. I am very satisfied with my roof and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof. In 2023 storms severely damaged my roof. I tried working with one of the big name companies but they were slow to respond to my calls and treated me like I wasn’t worth their time. My neighbors were in the same situation but they got theirs replaced very quickly. Both used Best Choice Roofing. I called them and they came out the next day and did an estimate. They worked to get my insurance company to agree to replace the whole roof. Once my chosen shingles were available, they had their crew out to my house and in 2 days I had a beautiful roof! They worked on several more in my neighborhood and they all look great! I would definitely recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Sketchy, slimy liars at best. The salesman are fast talkers and everything is so pushed until it was time to have the roof installed. These people took advantage of my elderly mother, told her they would cover any out of pocket costs and she wouldn’t have to pay anymore than the initial agreed upon amount. They ordered an extra pallet of shingles then attempted to take it when they left. Even went as bold to say the house would need decking to be replaced even if it didn’t to cover all of her out of pocket. My mother trusted him. This company not only lied they didn’t finish the whole roof. Shame on you Best Choice for frauding an elderly woman charging her $23,000. I wish I could have been there to stop them. This roofing company is terrible. They took a long time on my roof basically paid them $7300 and it’s been over four months still hasn’t been done

Best choice doesn’t say it enough. Had the best experience. Super informative and very friendly and efficient staff! They walk you through the entire process and felt I was left to do so little myself. Felt in great hands for sure! If you’re lucky enough to get Marshall as your rep, you’re in for a real treat! He is so friendly, knowledgeable, answers all questions in a more than timely manner and made this whole experience easy as could be. Thank you to the crew as well who worked so hard and immaculately cleaned up afterwards. A special shout out to Aubrey, James, Matt and Colton for being great too!

I worked with someone who really helped my family out. We knew we needed a roof. When they knocked on my door and explained to me the way it works, I had to do it!!! Thankful for the experience they had and the help they gave.
