I had an American Home Tech representative named Chays stop at my house and advised me that I had shingles missing. He was so kind to start a claim for me. Then other representatives came later and took measurements and pictures to document damage from wind. I was then taken care of by a wonderful lady named Devon. She was my adjuster. She worked directly with my insurance company. After that process and finally approved by insurance, Mr Terry Gaines met at my home to go over everything and had us pick the shingles we wanted installed. He also set up the install date. The day the job began I was met by Eli Lee. He was a project manager. I was beyond happy with the job! I love my new roof and skylight! Thank you American Home Tech!!

Very responsive team even outside normal business hours and always in communication about updates along the way. Really didn’t have to do much of anything with the entire roof replacement process from the start of insurance claim all the way to install. Speaking of install, I know the crew does this all the time, but it’s crazy how they moved things I missed, removed old shingles, reinstalled, cleaned up, and left all within 7 hours. The lead answered my handful of questions. Even offered to check out and adjust what I thought was an improper sag in the gutter. He saw nothing abnormal based on location and suggested not adding/adjusting hangers but would if I wanted it. Professional team across the board that I worked with and will recommend to others.
