I’m writing this to inform anyone who is considering using this company on behalf on my Father n Law. A roof was put on his business with a 5-year warranty on material and a 25-year warranty on labor. Unfortunately, it started leaking immediately. Contact was made to the company. They made some suggestions, and we followed them, with no success. Unfortunately, everyone we talked to all agreed that it was poor workmanship. In fact the roofing material that was used is not a preferred chose for a non-sloped roof. The material is not designed to absorb water. This is what the manufacture has stated. Why would a reputable company use a product that is not suitable for a non-slope roof and place a warranty on it. Since they are not taking the responsibility or honoring their warranty. We are having to take further options of resolving this problem and getting his money back. PLEASE BE WARNED!!!!

I recently had Borders do siding on my house. I contracted with them in mid December ’23, but had them hold a bit as there was some other work being performed that needed to be completed first. They ended up doing the work in mid February. The crew who performed the work was efficient, friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and finished the job in just less than 2 days. I had a minor communication issue after the job was completed with a piece of siding that had come loose, but thankfully that has now been resolved – Took longer than hoped hence the 4 stars instead of 5, but I’m happy with the work now, the house looks great, and I’d be willing to use Borders again for future needs.

With the recent storms we were uncertain about our roof but we didn’t know where to start then Tanner knocked in our door and was there to help us not sell us while guiding us in the process, He completed a free roof inspection and he found no damage which helped put our minds at ease to know we were protected! Highly Recommend Borders Roof Restoration, also highly recommend Tanner.

Me and my wife called everywhere about getting a roof and all we got was no shows and high prices UNTIL I CALLED BORDERS ROOFING AND RESTORATION!!!!! CURTIS MILBY done a excellent job from start to finish. Very fast and friendly service ALSO VERY AFFORDABLE. Update, less than 8 months after having work done gutter is loose again. Not sure they even fixed it in the first place. OK company, personally wouldn’t recommend to family or friends.

The roof repair job I received on my home met/exceeded my expectations. The work crew was quick, and the job was done within the day they started. Also, working with Kyle Willis as the point of contact could not have been better. His knowledge and professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile, really made an impression on me and I cannot recommend this person enough.

Kyle Willis was an excellent individual to work with. He helped me through the entire process, and was very understanding when dealing with insurance. Also, he consistently showed personal and professional investment in his job, and I couldn’t recommend anyone better to work with. If you need a roof, ask for Kyle!
