We had wind damage to our roof in March 2023. Our insurance at first only wanted to pay for the front half of the roof. Schuyler with Southern Roofing & Renovations got the process started to have a public adjuster get involved. The long and short of it is that it took a year, but insurance finally paid for the entire roof. Schuyler got us on the schedule quickly and the crew arrived on time. They finished the roof in a day, and did s good job of clean up. There were a few issues that had to be addressed, and Schuyler stayed on top of it to get them taken care of. Overall, we’re very pleased with the results and would recommend Southern Roofing and Renovations to friends and family.

The roof was done in a timely manner. However the company they subbed the work out to did not replace the vents on the roof. This caused the roof to leak. They said they would fix it but I had to keep calling them to get them to come out and eventually fix the roof and the damage it caused inside the house. Then they called 2 different times saying they have not received payments! I had to show where the checks cleared the bank! Very unorganised company. I do not recommend using this company.

My roof was leaking in several areas and my insurance only wanted to fix the interior, and ignored the condition of the roof. Tyler Burch from Southern Roofing helped me work with my insurance and got my roof fully approved and paid for my insurance! Now I have a beautiful roof, that doesn’t leak and I only had to pay my deductible! Highly recommend using this company and Tyler specifically if you need your roof looked at.

We had had a bad wind storm & several shingles had been blown off but our insurance company said it wasn’t enough to warrant a whole new roof. The owners were very knowledgeable especially when it came to dealing with the home insurance company. They were able to get the insurance to pay for our new roof (even after we had tried on our own & got turned down by the insurance company) with just a little out of pocket for us. They gave us several options for materials & colors & we ended up picking a beautiful color that greatly complemented the brick on our home. They arrived onsite within an hour of their projected start time and finished within two & 1/2 days. Everyone was very polite & pleasant. They cleaned up everything well after they finished & the owners checked in with us a few days later to ensure that the roof had settled in properly & we were pleased with their work. I personally think our new roof is beautiful! We would highly recommend this company if you ever need your roof replaced!!

I am very pleased with the job that Southern Roofing did on my house. Especially pleased with Tyler as he stayed on top of my claim with my insurance agent. He took matters into his own hands, and I did very little after that. Tyler was very professional and personal at the same time. If I was starting a business, I know who I would look for to run my company. Y’all are fortunate to have him and I’m sure you’ve already witnessed that!

Very happy with our new roof! We’ve had neighbors compliment how nice it looks. We had just noticed a leak after a heavy rain storm. Quinn Ussery was excellent. He got up on the roof, found the leak and a couple more trouble spots. Even took pictures to show us the areas of concern. He tarped it for us since we were expecting a couple more days of rain. He helped us with any concerns we had and was there to meet our claims inspector when he arrived. Quinn was there the day the roof was installed. He climbed on the roof and inspected it after the job was done and did a triple check to make sure there wasn’t any debris or nails left behind. The workers were great too. They started early and got the job done in no time. Everyone was super nice and respectful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I have been very pleased with the new roof installed for me by Southern Roofing & Renovations. Tyler Burch and the rest of the folks at the company were very professional, knowledgeable, and were easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

My experience with Tyler Burch and his crew from Southern Roofing & Renovations in Bowling Green, Ky were great to work with!. Tyler worked directly with my insurance company for weeks to ensure my storm damaged roof was replaced and even upgraded to meet newer code standards, exceeding my expectations. The crew showed up and finished the job in one day and left no trace of trash or nails behind. Very good job and I would highly recommend this company!
