I feel very fortunate for all the hard work and the end results Brandon Reid was able to accomplish regarding my roof. My insurance company was a hard nut to crack. He fought them every step of the way and not only showed them why it couldn’t be repaired the way they wanted it done, but proved them why it wouldn’t work at the same time. He kept me informed with every move my insurance company was making and trying to do. He constantly keep me updated on why and how he would counter their move. Don’t for one minute let Brandon’s youthful appearance and age fool you. He will fight for you like a pit bull. He’s a young gentleman and he knows what he’s doing. I’m sure HomeSmart Roofing & Improvement should feel fortunate to have him as a valuable employee. When it came time to replace my roof, these installers are second to none. In less then ten hours, the old roof was stripped bare, forty-three squares of shingles, drip edge, vents and clean up…..job complete. If you’re having a problem with your roof and insurance company, call Brandon Reid at HomeSmart Roofing & Improvement. You won’t be sorry you did.

I used SmartHome roofing for a full roof replacement after having substantial wind damage, they were very professional and friendly and did everything for me as far as working with my homeowners insurance and providing me with sample products approved for use by my insurance. They were fast and tidy and took care as not to damage shrubs and landscaping, I am very happy with the results!!! Btw I used Decra xd shakes stone coated metal roofing

Our new roof looks great! Logan Brown is the reason we have a new roof. His determination in dealing with our insurance company was amazing. When they said no he did not stop trying. His effort eventually secured us a new roof. We found him to be caring with a great personality and think he is an exceptional young man. Your company is fortunate to have him as an employee.
