Adam G. has been incredibly helpful ever since our hail storm in March. He has been at our house to inspect and provide reports to our insurance company, and even came out to seal up a leak on our roof while we’re waiting on the insurance company.

The roof looks great! With a few minor blebs, everything went smoothly and my job was done all in one day. Best roof on the block. I couldn’t convince them to mow the yard, but ,hey, they’re roofers!

Our existing roof took major damage in a recent hailstorm, and my insurance agent recommended Eaton. Adam was extremely communicative and responsive; emailing me within the day and onsite for a quick inspection within a couple of days. He walked me though the process and helped me understand everything so much better than the insurance adjuster did. Despite all the roofs in my area needing replaced at the same time, and all the rains delaying work, Adam’s estimate for installation was right on schedule, and Roger with the scheduling department was very helpful in this aspect. Installation of the roof was completed today, just under 90 days from when we first reached out. The materials were delivered on-time and dropped right on the roof (the conveyor belt truck is so cool!). The actual roofers were respectful of my property and took care to do things right. As promised, Adam was the last person to walk the job site and cleaned up with a magnet and leaf blower. All in all, Eaton did what they said they would, when promised, at quality exceeding my expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement.
