I called Roofing Force looking for company to re-roof my house. It was the best decision I could have made. Rep. Zack Smith who came out promptly and set the ball rolling for my new roof. Zack was there when the insurance appraiser came out and handled the entire meeting. The roofing crew who arrived did a fantastic job and were particularly careful with my outside plants and yard furniture. After the job was completed the roofing crew expertly cleaned up all the old roofing material and left my property perfect. Thank you Roofing Force and Zack Smith and the roof crew for a first class job.

For more reasons than we can begin to count, Roofing Force was beyond exceptional. Mike Youngblood was so friendly, helpful and attentive–spent as much time as we needed to ask questions. Just the nicest person, perfect on follow up whenever we needed information. The work staff was just amazing; they worked so hard and are clearly perfectionists. Our metal roof will last for years, remain sustainable in the face of climate change and looks beautiful. We would highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone contemplating making the forward thinking decision of investing in a metal roof.

2 Stars – Roofing Force I recently hired Roofing Force to replace my roof, choosing them because the initial consultation impressed me. The representative was punctual, knowledgeable, and instilled confidence. However, the project execution fell far short of what I expected, especially considering Roofing Force was the most expensive quote I received. Communication Breakdowns: Immediately after the contract signing, communication became a significant challenge. It took multiple attempts to get a simple form completed and delivered for my insurance discount. Delays and Disruptions: The roofing crew arrived for the scheduled installation date, but no materials were delivered, they had to reschedule, causing me to take additional time off work. Material shortages during installation further caused work stoppages. Lack of Oversight: Despite promises of regular on-site supervision, there was a lack of management contact throughout the project. Uneven Finish and Quality Concerns: After the roof was installed, I discovered a few issues. One was the unevenness of the new roof – while my old roof was completely flat, the new roof has visible waves. Additionally, the metalwork appeared poorly executed. These issues raised suspicions about the overall quality of the work, as they might be signs of more significant problems only professionals can detect. While Roofing Force addressed the minor issues I found, the communication problems, project delays, and poorly executed work left me disappointed and frustrated. For the premium price I paid, I expected a much smoother and higher-quality experience. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend them.

The entire Roofing Force team was professional and a pleasure to work with. Top-notch customer service made replacing our roof a smooth process. The roofing crew was excellent, working long hours and cleaned up nightly. Mike Youngblood’s presentation allowed us to choose the right color and design for our roof. A special thanks to Project Manager, Mike Youngblood for acting quickly to resolve a gutter installation issue outside of his company. We love our beautiful stone coated metal roof. Worked with Rich Dickerson here in St. Louis and got a new stone-coated steel roof in the Pinecrest Shake style. It looks beautiful and has been the talk of the subdivision. Lots of compliments. It was worth paying a bit extra. This last hailstorm that we had (May 2024) didn’t do any damage other than some pings on the box vents.
