A section of the fascia board on our house started flopping around in the wind after a recent storm. After getting told by a few contractors that it would either take weeks before they could get to us or it would cost $500+ to replace (we had already purchased the matching coil-we just needed someone to mold it and nail it in), Allstate came to the rescue. Paul was fast (the job was done within 48 hours of our first call), very cost effective ($250) and he even nailed down a few places he saw on the other end of our home that might have caused us trouble down the road. I work in the Property/Casualty Insurance industry and I am well aware of the hit or miss nature in service and quality with contractors/roofing companies. Allstate excelled on both counts-highly recommend!

Amazing company. My gutters were full of ice and heavy snow and pulled part of my gutters away from my house. In less than 24 hours it was fixed… Thank you Allstate Gutter for being so quick!!! I have used you guys before and will continue to do so…. I highly recommend them…

I had new gutters installed. The drip edge was bent up and left, exposing the roof sheathing. I sent a note with my payment. Allstate came back out, trimmed a little off the drip edge, sheathing still exposed. My fear is water will get in and run down the inside creating rot. The gutters look great and the crew cleaned up the area well.

Last year I had Allstate come out and give a quote for rerouting a downspout and reworking the gutters to allow for this to work appropriately. The quote was reasonable so I asked them to come out and do the work. The owner told me they were busy but would get out as soon as they could. Winter has now come and gone, and it is now the first part of July and they still have not come out to do the gutter work. I called them several weeks ago to “remind” them I still wanted this work done. The lady on the phone said she would have the owner call me ASAP, but I have never heard from them. I understand being busy, but at least communicate. If you don’t want my business just say so. Very unprofessional.

I called for a gutter quote which they came right out and completed. Rick the head guy called and went over the quote with me. The front desk lady, Deb emailed the quote to me which my husband and I reviewed. I called Deb the next day and let her know we wanted to hire them for the job. She told me Rick would call back with scheduling details. Two and a half weeks later and I still haven’t heard a word. I emailed Deb letting her know I hadn’t heard from Rick. Still nothing. I emailed Deb again and let her know we are going with someone else due to no response. Very unprofessional.

If you are looking for a small job to be done by this company don’t waste your time calling them. I have called this company numerous times and talked to the receptionist about getting some rain gutter extensions lengthened on my house which I realize is a small job but the receptionist assured me that to rain gutter crew would call me back. I have not received one phone back from the crew leader or have they come out to look at my extensions to see what needs to be done and give me an estimate on what this job would cost. Unless you have a large profitable job to be done by this company look for another company because you are definitely wasting your time calling this company. I have been really disappointed with this companies service on getting a small job completed and will be calling a different gutter company to have my work completed.

Very happy with gutters and toppers on our outbuilding. Reasonable price and quality install.
