Ryan worked with us every step of the way getting our roof replaced. Options provides nothing short of great quality and made the process simple. The speed of replacing the roof, the transparency of the process and the speed of getting it done were second to none. I worked with Austin Hotchkiss getting hail & wind damage to my house & roof taken care of in Center Point. It was a great experience both with him & his crew. Austin was clear with all of his communication & quick to respond with explanations through the entire process. His crew was efficient, polite, & had clear communication between them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area needing or wanting exterior work done.

Options Exteriors was fantastic to work with from beginning to end! Mike Patestas was our main contact and made the entire process a pleasure. Following weather-related roof damage, we needed a replacement. Mike skillfully coordinated with our insurance provider to ensure the best inspection outcome and supported us in covering the costs. There were no hidden objectives or surprises afterward. Highly recommend their services!

Options Exteriors came out and replaced the roof on my house and shed following some severe weather that came through. The crews did a great job, the job site was clean and they were very nice. Our project manager Adam Papesh did a great job keeping in contact with me and answering any questions I had along the way. Couldn’t be happier!

It’s only one because I can’t leave a zero. Options replaced a friends roof, part of which continued to leak afterwards. They harassed her for final payment, lying and threatening, while refusing to fix it properly. Don’t hire this company!!

Options Exteriors did a great job installing our new roof, gutters, and siding after damage due to severe storms. We worked with Austin Hotchkiss for our project who was very attentive to our needs and did a fantastic job of ensuring the project was completed correctly and on time. He worked with our insurance adjuster every step of the way ensuring the job would be covered. The crew that did the installation did a thorough and detailed job. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwards as well! We would highly recommend Options Exteriors for any exterior projects!

I first met with Kyle after the 2020 Derecho. He kept an open line of communication throughout the years and worked with our insurance company when it was time for roof/fascia/gutter replacement. Kyle was very easy to work with and made time to meet that fit with my schedule. He saw the project from start to finish and we are very satisfied with the finished product.
