Veterans roofing is an illegitimate business if you go to inbiz and search for his business. You will find that he is using someone else’s legal DBA as his and in doing so got them drug into his mess. He is being sued for $97,000 for destroying a lady’s home. On his contracts he claims to be a LLC I even called the Secretary of State and asked them to search for him and they said he’s not registered and wanted his name. I have a letter showing that they are the legal DBA of that name and he’s fraudulent. He has been sued multiple times, for various things such as Home improvement fraud , for not paying ABC companies bill, for dumping trash where he shouldnt and for destroying someone’s home which he’s currently being sued for for $97,000. This is all Public record and can be found on mycase just search Veterans Roofing. His name is John Allen Crouch. You can find multiple cases of him being sued under his name as well. He gets a bad name for him self and then just changes business names. He had a lady buy 29 OSB boards on her credit card totaling $1,400. She begged him to return and fix her roof that is now leaking. This lady is on social security and lives paycheck to paycheck. I say all this openly because this is all the complete truth and I have the ability to fight back against him to try and bring some justice for the people who he’s wronged. He was hired to put on a metal roof on my house. I noticed nails and trash laying on my roof so I go onto the roof to collect these items when I got up there I found tobacco chew spit all over my roof . I found lit cigarettes put out on my roof next to the paper barrier. He also damaged the drip edging and 3 panels when installing. He also did not have the correct valley pan for a standing seam roof, it was for shingles. The ridge vent was incorrectly installed and my house was left in a paper barrier for a week. There were parts of my OSB decking left completely exposed and I have pictures of everything I’m am saying which I will post along with this. One of his employees didn’t have a car and got a ride from a friend and trespassed onto my property at 6 am when it was pitch black out and raining. He then ran across the street to my neighbors woods to hid until the rest of them showed up at 11. I have tons of cameras and seen him so I chased him off not knowing who it was. I hired a new roofer to install my roof and right away he had to tear off all the underlayment veterans laid down because there was rotted wood and holes left from the old vents not fixed. In fact veterans tried to install metal over the damaged wood. The new roofer sent me a picture of the original underlayment that was not removed, he stated he couldn’t have inspected your roof because all this old underlayment is left on. We found additional damages and in total 15 boards had to be replaced! John is NOT CURRENTLY registered with Delaware county as a registered contractor which is required to replace decking or any work on the roof of the house. He hasn’t been registered since 2022. With this registration he is to provide insurance and a $50,000 surety bond. So he isn’t insured! Beware people stay far away! Perhaps this was why he was trying to cover up my damaged wood and not replace it to get around it. I will be filing as police report on him for intent to commit home improvement fraud by knowingly having me sign a contract with false information on it and saying on the contract that he’s registered with the county and will hold such registration during the job and not doing so. I have talked to a county prosecutor and it is my belief that the state will likely pick this up due to him being involved in home improvement fraud in the past.

Guy claims to be a LLC and isn’t, look him up on mycase type in veterans roofing. He’s being sued for $97,000 for destroying a lady’s home. He also has been sued for home improvement fraud as well. He is supposed to be registered with the county to replace any decking on the roofs and hasn’t been registered since 2021. This is the definition of home improvement fraud by having someone sign a contract with false information shows intent. My son is filing a police report and turning over everything thing he’s found. Guy should be avoided !!!

This guy is a joke! He came out took off my shingles and laid down underlayment only to leave and not show back up 8 days later!!! After they finally got my roof on and left I found cigarettes and trash everywhere. I also got a nail in my tire and found 15 more in my driveway. He also said that I had some damage on the decking of the house and charged me for it but I never once heard a saw or seen wood being replaced. I was glad to get him off my property… after seeing his other reviews and legal issues he’s involved in Im concern that my roof isn’t done correctly.

The workers were really polite and professional! They repaired the damages to my roof in a timely manner and picked up really nicely after they were finished! I would absolutely recommend this roofing company!

Highly recommend this company, they do great work. They were on time every day and finished the job in a timely manner. Very happy with how the roof turned out. Would use again in the future. If you’re looking for a new roof get in touch with them!

Veterans Roofing just finished my metal roof on my house, garage, and shed and I absolutely love it! The guys at this company are very professional, respectful and very hard working and determined to satisfy their customers. To say the least I would recommend this company to everyone.
