Working with the salesman was a breeze. He was super knowledgeable and didn’t try to oversell. Three installers came to our condo for window replacements (7 total) and a balcony exterior door and screen. It took them 2 days but there were never any shortcuts. They were friendly and answered all of our concerns politely. The work was top notch. No more leaky windows! You can’t go wrong with this company. They offer a high quality product at an affordable price.

I’m a “First Time” home buyer so this was my first time roofing experience?? What I like about Chins R. is that he wasn’t afraid of breaking down every detail for my satisfaction?? I asked tons of questions and difficult ones too? He always gave me his honest opinion rather he was gaining a sale or losing one?? M&M was much different from the 5 other contractors that showed up only to boost abour how their company is the best,?? Then price hike like I’m getting the best deal/offer just to find out I got poor quality roofing years later?? 😵. I’ll most definitely be back on here to show before the after photos of my roof!??. Other than that, Chris thank you for bringing peace to my tough situation?? 😊

Dan Spaulding was great, very informative and supportive of my window renovation goals. He showed up the morning of the window installation to make sure the guys doing the install had everything they needed to make the job go smoothly. I recommend to hit dan up for all of your window needs!

Very difficult process to get our windows in. Different crews disagreeing and was kind of messy on how to do our windows once they were already ordered. 2 windows measured wrong, but the install was great and easy. Some things were wrong with the actual windows, but more the manufacturer’s error than the company for those. The head scheduling guy was very rude and acted as if he had a god complex even though we were very accommodating with the crews and had to call multiple times to schedule because no one reached out. We wanted the crew to know ahead of time, the morning of, we would have to run out for like 30 minutes during the day of the 3rd or 4th time trying to install windows (get kids/run to office). We asked if they could get lunch and the manager lost it and was very unprofessional on the phone threatening to just not send them and for us to have a whole day set aside without interruption. The crew worked on the garage window and it wasn’t even an issue that we stepped away. The crews were very nice and respectful.
