After dealing with another company who seemed to constantly be dragging their feet to get our roof fixed, we started to reach out to new companies. 317 Roofing was pleasant to speak to, Andrew Hiteshew came the morning of July 4th, worried about the impending rain, and they sent people the same day to tarp the roof again. (The prior company has done a lazy job, the tarp had came loose the very next day). Very thankful for the prioritization of this company and their speedy response to give an estimate and tarp.

My wife and I highly recommend 317 Roofing and Restorations! They replaced our entire roof. They show up when they say they will. They explain everything and do what they promise. They are very detailed and the crew did a great job with cleanup. They found an issue with the roof that was causing a leak in our living room. No more leaks. We had their interior crew replace the entire living room ceiling and exterior wall due to water damage from the old roof and my wife saw it as an opportunity to get rid of the old, ugly textured ceiling. The living room is beautiful now. We kept adding work for them, which included 3 exterior door replacements. Every time the work has been done when promised and has been excellent quality. I am a recently retired construction project manager for a worldwide company and worked with construction companies every day. I can tell you that 317 Roofing & Restorations is excellent! We will definitely use them for our next project.

This company did a fast and fantastic job at reroofing my father’s home after an animal chewed a hole into the attic. Kevin came out on Saturday afternoon, gave me an estimate and put a temporary patch on the hole.Due to the age of the roof I elected to replace the entire roof. In replacing the roof, significant damage and leakage was found to the chimney and decking. This was all repaired on the same day at a very reasonable cost.I wholeheartedly recommend 317 roofing, honest and reasonably priced.

317 is the best! Andrew, Keven, and the entire team are amazing! It is a family-owned and operated company who are committed to excellence. They are highly ethical and will give you an honest evaluation and estimate. There are a lot of insurance chasers out there who do not provide the excellence that 317 does. Don’t get burnt. Just give Kevin and his team a call. They are excellent at working with insurance when needed and will provide you with the personalized care you are searching for!
