These guys did an amazing job tearing our roof off and putting a new one on. They were quick and efficient! Even came back out a 2nd time to make sure we were satisfied. All of them were very professional and went above and beyond what was expected.

Great company and they did a great job from estimate to finish on our new roof! House is even quit now vs before with the old roof. Looks great and we really appreciate the overall hard work and time that was put into making our roof new yet again! Solid job from all the workers and owner and appraiser! JMS did a great job with the complete overhaul of our exterior. New metal roof, siding, fascia, gutters, soffits, trim – everything. Any time we had questions, they were available to us and talked us through what was happening. Quincy was wonderful to work with when we were choosing the overall look, and Joe, the owner, made sure to stop by when we had questions about certain aspects of the project. I would recommend them 100%.

After they spent nearly 2 hours in our home, it didn’t need to take that long. Gentleman kept saying they had plenty of business with roofing, siding wasn’t a big deal. While it was nice they showed us options, they don’t allow you to see a rendition of the home in that color, they don’t have the technology (which is fine but definitely a downside). We asked for a quote and that we weren’t going to sign anything that day, the gentleman started huffing and puffing and never sent us a quote like he said he would. We went to another siding company who offered same colors, same siding options and quoted far less just for siding and we don’t have to pay extra for the type of siding. I do not remember the gentleman’s name that came out but if this is how they conduct their business, we will not recommend them to anyone.

We met with Mark 3-4 times to plan our exterior renovation. He was extremely patient with us, and was more than happy to help with minor changes we wanted to do. We loved the experience of sitting down with him and going through everything multiple times. JMS always answers the phone and always calls when they say they will. I would highly recommend using them on your next project.

First impressions mean everything! We had our quote tonight with Mark and it went great. We had the idea we were going to wait another year or so to get our new roof, just wanted to a few quotes. Mark is very friendly and knowledgeable, what a great guy! With no pressure gave us the info we needed. Needless to say we will be getting our new metal roof soon. Thanks JMS!
