There was ice and snow build up on our roof and it started causing leaking in our house. This is happening all over the area, so the first 5 roofing companies I called (3 were referred to me), were on a wait list for 3 weeks. I got ahold of Gus at Churches Roofing, and although my gut told me that it was strange that he had an opening tomorrow, and his fee was much higher quoted than the other places (double), we felt desperate because we had just moved into the home a week prior. From the beginning of their arrival, it was unprofessional. The guy that came started listing out new fees, and wanted me to pay him in cash. He actually said I could pay him in a carton of Marlboro Reds if I did not have all the cash. They used shovels, knocked shingles off of my roof, and after about 1.5 hours, they said they were done. They were not done. When my husband said he would pay them the last 150 dollars when they came back tomorrow, Harry (if that was even his name), said he wasn’t leaving until he got all of his 2150. The pictures I took are after they left. Then someone said they would come out and fix it the next day (refer to texts), and never came. DO NOT use this company. They scammed us and refused to finish the job. Harry said he would come back the next day to shovel all the snow that was pushed in front of my door, but that never happened. We paid them 2150 in cash and it was a horrific experience. They took advantage of us, and we learned some expensive lessons. Run away from Churches Roofing.

Their very knowledgeable, responsive salesman to the crew that replaced, repaired and set the tiles. They showed up on time when they were scheduled, they cleaned everything and they were very respectful and courteous. The roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

The guys really worked hard all day. I had some leaks in the roof and they evaluated them and really did a good job with the replacement. They cleaned up after the job very thoroughly. 2 thumbs up!

The owner showed up and gave me all the advice I needed to know about my roof and the products he offered. after his proposal we hired him to do the job we scheduled and install date for the following week. The crew showed up on time and began to work he was informative throughout the whole process including all pictures of the job being done overall we couldn’t be happier with hiring churches roofing.
