Frontline Adjusters team did my roof few years back. They did a great job! I worked with Robert, he is great! Recently I had minor issue, called Robert and I was impressed with his response. Frontline Adjusters honored their workmanship and were responsive addressing the issue for no charges.

I worked with Frontline Adjusters to get a new roof and gutters. Initially we did not even think we would have hail damage, but after working with Frontline they were able to prove that there was sufficient hail and wind damage on our roof. Not only did they get us approved for a new roof but full new gutters as well. It was a great service that I would recommend using and we got a new roof and gutters worth 25k for under 500$. Frontline made it easy and worth it.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to work with on any level of the business culture!! Of course the rep came to my home and promised me the world!! Gave me his assurances, and I even had the owner in my home promising me everything under the Sun!! I felt confident in my decision, and wouldn’t you know it came back to be a regretful experience!! They were constantly lying to me on all levels of the ordeal, kept putting my information, and claims off-actually blaming my insurer for the delay when I found out they hadn’t even put one effort on my behalf. Ultimately, doing the unthinkable and didn’t even conduct a repair they promised to take care of immediately!! When I called for an explanation and or possible reason the rep-Chris-tried to deny, make excuses, and gas light yours truly!! When I proved my implications beyond doubt-Yes, I have security cameras on my property-his response was “well, ok, we didn’t show up or start your paperwork!” His only remedy was to just get me on the Spring list ASAP because they are sooooo busy!! I told him then and I reaffirm to forget the whole thing and to advise others of their tactics. I really don’t want to write the long passage that I could write but I assure you that this bunch is far from ethical, and no where near the benchmark of professional I can safely assure myself that I made a mistake-only human-and ultimately gave a bunch of posers an opportunity! I even called the owner directly-11/22- and never heard a word since!! Do yourself a favor and read the review before mine and I bet he and I could cross reference circumstances!! BEWARE of the Silver tongue hackers!!

Frontlines Adjusters got our roof fully approved and our gutters fully approved. I was initially skeptical because our roof was 25 years old and and didn’t know how they would prove there was hail damage from that storm on an older roof but they documented everything in detail and really proved to the insurance that there was sufficient damage on all exteriors of the house. It ended up being a super easy process and I would use them again. I have a neighbor who filed a claim on their own and they were denied, these guys are the real deal when it comes to your property/ exteriors. New Roof and Gutters look great.
