We had are roof and gutters done this past spring. First off the crews did an amazing job on the install. The issue we had was they used are popup camper like a scaffle,walking on the roof. They stepped on the vent cover….which broke, and also broke a support member of the roof. We had only a few hours notice that they were coming and had no chance to get the camper moved as I was at work already. Notified the company and sent them pictures of the damage.Not one thing was done to fix the popup, just a little disappointed to say the least. Update: The owner of tip top contacted me with his concern on how this issue was handed which was much appreciated.

Had Tip Top Roofing install new Roof, Siding & Gutters. Installers on all 3 parts were wonderful. Got done quickly for size of project. We are very pleased with finished work.

I recently had my roof done by Tip Top after a recent hail storm. The guys are very proffesional and answered every question I had. A large crew showed up and got the job in done in a full day. They were very careful of everything and extremely good clean-up. They went out of their way to make sure my home was looking good when it was all done. I’d highly recommend Tip Top. A job well done!

Following a major hail storm in the area I was tasked with selecting a reputable company, for my mother, to make the necessary repairs to her hail damaged house. Rather than going with one of the contractors traveling through the area, I chose to contact Tip Top Roofing, a nearby company that I know routinely completes jobs in the area. Kapu and Carey were great at communicating what needed to be done, and kindly took the time to sit down and have my mother involved in the initial discussion. The work included a new roof, gutters and downspouts, gutter guards, and some siding, fascia, and aluminum cladding. Throughout the job I communicated regularly with Carey who worked well with the insurance company for a positive outcome. The work crew was efficient and completed the job in a professional manner with great attention to detail. My experience with Tip Top Roofing leaves me feeling good about the outcome, and confident that I have trusted in people who care.

This company has been the worst company I have ever worked with. Not only did my roof leak within one week of them installing it, but they also did not want to fix it upon my request. They claimed that it was not their fault, even though there were no issues prior to them arriving. The material used on property was cheap flimsy and the contractors that were used were unlicensed. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, they are rude, disrespectful and lazy. If I could I give 0 zero stars I would.

Our roof was done in one day and the quality was amazing! Chris checked on the progress and followed up with us through every step. There was an additional issue that was discovered upon removing the old tiles that was unexpected and they took care of it immediately with no charge. We are very happy with the work done!

We had a complete tear off, all new wood, chimney removal and two flat roofs done. Very good job, quality materials, great crew that were careful not only with our property, but also the neighbor’s. The job was done in the time frame and price proposed. Friendly respectful crew and thorough cleanup each day. Highly recommend!
