Travis was great to work with through the whole process! Worked with me on the quote to get the job done in the budget we were looking for. He did a great job getting the soffit and fascia replaced. Later we still had a leak in the gutter corner, but Tobi came back right away to seal it and double check the pitch. My soffit and fascia repair looks like new.

We used Patrick A. Finn for an extensive second floor remodel including converting an existing bedroom into an ensuite primary bathroom, adding second floor laundry, reconfiguring our hallway/staircase to better connect our original 1940s home to an addition built in the 1960s, and remodeling a hall bathroom. Their quality of work, project management, and communication is exceptional. Katie did a great job leading our project and we appreciate her personal and professional approach. They have very high standards for their work and we absolutely recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

We had hail damage and Jin Lee dealt with our insurance to replace roof, gutters and screening for our gutters. He did all the work but didn’t replace the screening agreed to on more than half the gutters. He said they would be back to finish, but he never did. OHS replaced our neighbors gutters and we ran into Jin Lee again. He said sorry it was scheduling error and they’d complete the work soon. Now he doesn’t answer our phone calls/texts. If you decide to use this company inspect all work and be sure it is complete before paying them in full. After being lied to by Jin Lee about coming back to finish the work twice, that was agreed to and paid for, I would never use nor recommend using this company again.

Paul Loberg builds beautiful homes. We moved into our house in January 2013. It’s been over a year and Paul still stands by his work. Our water heater went out due to calcium build up. We were without hot showers! Rather than waiting for an untimely warranty repair, Paul immediately called in his crew and fixed it. The most incredible story attesting to his dedication to his customers was the weekend before we were due to move in the final inspector noted that the rise on the steps of our steel welded staircase was 1/4 inch out of spec. Our lease had run out on our apartment, and we were in a pickle. Paul has the staircase contractor immediately come out and remove and repair the faulty stairs. This, however, was going to take a couple of weeks to repair. So, Paul and his project managers came out over the weekend and installed a wood staircase to get us past final inspection. We were able to move in as scheduled! We would highly recommend Paul Loberg to build your luxury home.

Kitchen & Bath Mart did a great job. We started at the Palatine location. From the moment we started picking out materials with Krysti, it was a positive experience. They did what they said they would and they beat their estimated timeline. Just shy of 3 weeks for a year down to the studs and remodel. When surprises popped up in our old house, they explained the problem and gave us the options and costs estimates to fix them. We went with K&B Mart after a friend used them and we saw the finished product. We love our bathroom and will use them again in the future.
