I am a real estate agent and I have been using the Elements Roofing Company roofing services for 10 years already. They always get the job done on time without compromising quality. Their prices are also very reasonable. I strongly recommend them to everybody.

If I could give them a ZERO I would! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE customer service. Stood my company up 2 days in a row! Initially called on 12/30 and asked if they handle commercial buildings. They said yes. GREAT, I need an appointment. Man said it would be today if needed within 3 hours someone will call me when they are on the way! Waited the 3 hours until 5pm with no calls.. no show. I called and woman answered and stated she saw me there with no time?? Frustrated I stated I had been waiting and can they come the next day. She said yes, between 10 – 1pm. Next day I called 4 times spoke to 3 different people and they all assured me someone would call me. NO ONE CALLED ME! NO ONE CAME! I called at 1:00pm and said to cancel my appointment and I would be leaving a bad review! WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! How do you leave people hanging 2 days in a row with a leaking roof! I am baffled. No explanation!! I even told one person just be honest and say you cannot come. I will move on. He assured me that they do not normally operate like this… WELL YOU DID… RUDE!

Elements Roofing Company responded immediately right away to my request for the quote. They did the work within the stipulated time and the final price was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend!!

My personal experience with Elements Roofing Company was nothing but positive. The crew came early, weren’t too noisy and were done in a day. It was no muss, no fuss. After the hail and high wind storms we noticed damage to our roof, gutters. Contacted Elements Roofing Company and had an evaluation of the damage of both our home and duplex. Tom was extremely helpful in getting the job done quickly and was able to communicate well with the insurance company to get everything completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using Elements Roofing Company.

After getting quotes from other three roofing companies, I decide to go with Elements Roofing Company. The roofers here were easy to deal with, very professional and honest. They called me right back and we agreed on best time to do the work including pricing. They did such an outstanding job on my roof and also cleaned up after themselves. They were not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. Would highly recommend.

Elements Roofing Company was the most prompt and precise company we have ever dealt with among all the many roofing we have been dealing with in the past. Their charges were exactly as quoted and there were no extras additions, the time frame was nice and the crew that came to do the roof were nothing short of their professionalism. They were hard working and determined to finish the work as scheduled and the clean-up was done quickly and thoroughly. Recommended without any reservations.

Reviewing businesses is not my thing, but Elements Roofing Company deserves one. They were extremely knowledgeable, pricing was very fair, and I paid exactly what was quoted not a penny more and received a top-notch job. They did installation of 8 new roof vents, brought down old bell dish and cut down old wires over 20 years. Awesome customer service! Would highly recommend and use their services again in the future.
