STEC fixed a broken bathroom vent pipe in my attic. Instead of reconnecting the 10 ft flexible tube, they shortened it to 3 ft and vented out of the roof nearby. The point I am making is they fixed the issue in such a way that it should not recur. They worked in 100 F temperature in the attic in cramped condition. Edson was my lead contact person, very responsive on the phone, good to work with. Receptionist was very helpful in fitting in what was a small job in their schedule.

Dealt with Edson this time, Tony’s son. Wonderful experience and very reasonable price. Have used Stec before 23 years ago for a roof. Always a typed professional contract. Great on the clean-up too! Call them!

As a Realtor, I used Stec twice last year for no obligation, no fee quotes during the home inspection phase of my clients purchase. Stec was able to provide general quotes on the labor and materials of the work needed, and gave both my buyers peace of mind on their purchase. Communication after the inspection/ quote could have been improved, but overall they did a good job. Would recommend.
