We worked with Ethan who was recommended to us by someone trusted. He was great with timely communication and answered our questions through the process. After all is said and done, the roof appears to be done well, and the crew redid a few sections we could tell were not done right. Skylights also appear to have been installed well. Ethan noticed a gutter the crew damaged and replaced it at no additional cost to us. The crew, however, was not the most professional. We were told our landscaping would be protected via plywood on saw horses, windows would be covered to prevent damage, and the clean up process would make our yard look “like no one was ever there.” This was NOT the case. We had some damaged plants, which Ethan offered to replace if they didn’t bounce back, ripped screens, scraped window glass, and partially ripped off siding. Ethan is covering the siding repairs that another contractor will perform and covered the cost for Ace to fix the screens. Frustrating extra work for all and could have easily been prevented with a little preparation work. The crew also did not fully tarp the roof/seal skylights overnight for the 2 day job. Thank goodness it didn’t rain or storm.. Lastly, we spent time picking up a small garbage bag full of nails, shingles, plastic, cigarette butts, and other debris from all around the house. This includes pulling nails out of our hosta leaves and the bottom of our shoes.. Definitely noticeable that work was done. It was clear to us that Ethan was willing to partner with us to resolve the issues we experienced. The process was less smooth than we would have hoped.

Ethan (the owner) and his team replaced the roof and skylights on our home. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the job the team did. It looks great. The entire team was fantastic – courteous, timely, hard working, knowledgeable, and meticulous in detail to work and cleanup. I’ve not seen any better. Ethan’s “get the job done whatever it takes” attitude was a sight to behold. It came in handy when I asked for a schedule change and some other changes. He and his team just seemed to take it in stride, accommodated all my requests, and exceeded all my expectations. They turned what could have been a stressful experience for us into a pleasurable one. Everything from initial consultation to final cleanup and inspection was top notch. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done.

Ethan and his team recently completed the replacement of 52 townhome roofs for our firm. The project ran flawlessly, On-time, under budget, but what stands out the most was his coordination and communication with our onsite team and residents to keep everyone informed. One of the best large scale roofing projects we have executed and will definitely use Naperville Exteriors again in the future.

Ethan and his team just replaced my roof. Ethan was great to work with and was able to handle all of my insurance questions and help me navigate that process. The roof install has multiple improvements from when my home was built 15 years ago. Clean up was great as well. I’ve heard horror stories about nails and other debris left in bushes and lawns from other roofers. Ethan’s crew cleaned up after both days and didn’t leave anything behind to clean up. Happy to support a local roofer who I know will be there if I ever have a concern in the future.

Ethan, the owner of Naperville Exteriors is there every step of the way. He takes a lot of pride in is work. His crew was very had working and did a wonderful job cleaning up. I strongly recommend that if you need a roof to give him a call. Honest- trustworthy-fair priced

Ethan is great, reliable, and honest. If I need a new roof repair or replacement, I will always use Naperville Exteriors. His installer did a great quality craftsmanship job. I know contractors are hard to find. There are hundreds of roofing contractors out there in the Chicagoland area trying giving you their doorman sales pitch. If you are needing a trustworthy roofer contractor, call Naperville Exteriors you will not be sorry and your roofing fears and problems will be put to rest. Ethan is a great contractor which roofer companies are hard to find these days.

Ethan Pleshar, the gentelman who owns the company is realiable, on time and basically an all around honest and hard worker. The crew Mr. Pleshar uses was nothing less then perfect. Our roof looks amazing, and the skylights in the bath and kitchen are beautiful. There were no surprises in the cost, infact we even got a bit of a discount for the installation of the skylights. Roofs can be very expensive and I’m sure it’s very easy to be over charged. With Naperville Exteriors we got exactly what we paid for and more. Ethan was a pleasure to work for us and we have already given his card out to all of our friends and family.

The new roof is beautiful! We really appreciated your coming out and doing the job on such short notice, and also agreeing to do the job on such a brutally hot day. You and your crew were very friendly, organized, knowledgeable, and professional. You were very punctual, both when coming over for the estimate and also on the day of the job.
