Just wanted to post about my experience with H and F Exteriors. I was referred this company when the Midwest March hailstorm impacted so many people. Jill, the Project Manager, reached out to me to get me scheduled in a timely manner during the busiest time. She made it happen! She reviewed the exterior of the house and got up on the roof and inspecting and documenting everything. She even pointed out some things just for the general health of my gutters and foundation. On our next meeting we reviewed the options for the roof, upgraded fascia, and damaged gutters. I went with black shingles, new black fascia, gutters, and guards to minimize gutter cleaning and maintenance. The company provided a group message with Jill and others to keep me up to date on all the behind the scenes. This involved (insurance, materials, and production teams) who were in constant communication. We picked a date for the new roof and shortly after gutter replacement. The crews of H and F are extremely hard working and finished my roof in a day ..day and a half tops. The gutter job was booked shortly after and completed in half a day if even. I couldn’t believe it as this season is extremely hot as well. The team ensured any construction debris and nails were cleaned up and removed running magnets up to 3x throughout the process. Thank you for taking care of me and for Jill who went above and beyond. These upgrades have also helped slowing down the traffic on my street as my house stands out in the best way 😉 haha but truly ..The house looks like a more upgraded craftsman now. Thank you!

We couldn’t be happier. Our salesperson Noah had excellent follow-through skills. He was always punctual, knowledgeable and kind. We had them install siding and it is truly beautiful. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire project and it was done well in a timely manner. We have decided that we liked working with Noah so much that when we are ready for a new roof we will not mess with other bids and just go with H&F. Stellar experience – would rank higher than 5 if I could.

I worked with Bryan Fleming a H&F to get my roof replaced. As a new homeowner, I knew I would need a new roof sometime soon. Bryan was open and honest with me and didn’t try to sell me a roof but let me know how much life my roof had left. A month later, a hail storm came through and damaged the roof. Bryan came back out and outlined the hail damage for me. H&F did all of the work with my insurance company and the process couldn’t have been easier for me. The team kept me up to date on the process and answered any questions I had along the way. I highly recommend H&F and Bryan.

H&F Exteriors our house’s BFF ! We got a new roof, soffit, facia and gutter guards – now our old house is a shining star in the neighborhood. Jill was so easy to work with, she had so many good suggestions explained the product options and was genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable with our choices. After our initial disappointing insurance estimate, Jill got back on the roof and took additional pictures and documented the storm damage. Then the H&F claims specialist advocated on our behalf and got additional money from the insurance company !!!! They really took care of us – greatly reduced our out of pocket expenses. We are very happy to have partnered with them !!! Exceptional people and quality workmanship.

Nancy and I are very happy with the fascia metal cap work performed on our roof gables. The work done was excellent and promptly finished in one days time. AJ Thompson guided us through the process with finesse and confidence. If we should ever need any roofing services in the future we will be calling H&F Exteriors Roofing , windows and siding. Worked with Noah at H&F on getting the damage caused to my home by the March hail storm repaired. Noah was kind, courteous, and prompt. He assessed the damage and worked with the insurance company to get the full funding needed to make the repairs approved. He and H&F handled all the details from there with very little interaction by me. I have a new roof that looks GREAT! The crew arrived early due to the afternoon storm forecast, and completed the job in record time. Big WOW! Couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Plan to do future work with Noah and H&F. Extremely pleased!!!
