We recently completed a roofing/gutter project with Luke from Pro-Resto. We started the process in late Fall and waited until the Spring to do the job. Luke stayed in touch throughout the process and worked with the insurance company to address all the issues that came up. The roofers did a great job and took good care of the landscaping during the construction. They completed the job in 2 days as planned and the quality was outstanding. The gutter crew did a quality install as well. I was very pleased with the work and the whole process. Thank you, Luke and Pro- Resto team for a job well done! I would highly recommend using Pro-Resto!

Anyone looking to fix/replace their roof? Gutters? Siding? I’m usually not one to write reviews, but PRO-RESTO from Elgin has done an exceptionally great job! I basically worked with Scott Michaels and he saw the job through from the beginning to the end. My new roof is beautiful and I’m super impressed with this company.

We recently needed a complete roof replacement due to hail damage, and Pro-Resto made the entire process incredibly smooth. Scott Michaels of Pro-Resto was our point person, and he truly went above and beyond. Scott’s expertise shone through when dealing with our insurance company. He knew exactly what information the adjuster needed to get a fair settlement for our entire roof replacement, along with new gutters. Communication was excellent throughout. Scott was always prompt in responding to our questions and kept us fully informed every step of the way. The roof and gutter installation itself was flawless. The crew was professional and highly skilled. They left the work area absolutely spotless, and the project leads were excellent communicators. Choosing Pro-Resto was an excellent decision. We were very impressed at every turn by Pro-Resto’s professionalism, expertise, and communication. Great customer service all the way around. Highly recommend!

The ProResto team , especially Jennifer and Brandon were great and helped me during the process of the roof replacement from the recent storm damages. Right from the initial inspection , to permits, install and post-install, the team was communicative and responsive and answered all my questions. They also recommended things which would be beneficial for me down the road with regards to the aesthetics , as as a homeowner. I would highly recommend the ProResto team for anyone looking for a reputable storm repair company.

We needed new siding due to hail damage. Scott Michaels was our rep and he worked with us every step of the way, From the initial appraisal with the appraiser from our insurance company, to matching the color of the siding, to recommending a painter for us to do some touch up work that needed to be done. Scott was very thorough thru the entire process. Scott is also very detailed oriented. He was always only a phone call away. The next time you need siding, a roof, call ProRestro and see if Scott Michaels can work with you!
