Steiners Quality Roofing was a pleasure to do business with. Brenden is knowledgeable, responsive and continues to be helpful after the job is done. The installation crew was amazing, professional and very polite. My home has steep slopes on the roof which they handled very well. I couldn’t be happier to highly recommend Steiners!

After finishing garbage, roofing material and nails left in the yard. They disconnected power and left it that way.

4 weeks ago (14 Oct) a Steiner’s estimator came out to my property to take measurements to apply flashing to the roof of one of my out buildings. That was the last I ever heard from Steiner’s. I have left 4 voicemails and have received 0 return calls. It makes me wonder if the company is still in business!

What I appreciate the most about Steiners wasn’t just the amazing job they did with our roof but it was how they handled everything else. They helped us out so much through a very difficult and unfortunate situation and time. We had a insane wind storm cause severe wind damage to our roof and had to go through the claims process with our Ins. Co. during Covid. If you have ever been through this process it can be very aggravating, frustrating and to the point to where it begs the question, “Why have ins.?” now throw Covid into that mix. We were referred to Steiners and decided to call them to come out and take look at everything. With the housing boom going on and contractors being booked out 6 months or more we thought no way this was happening anytime soon. Steiners made it happen and were able to come out and take time for us. Unfortunately now at this moment we’re dealing with Covid, no Insurance Adjuster can physically come out and inspect or look at anything. Everything is virtual or over email and they could not provide anyone local in the area. Which made things even harder because they were from a completely different state with different codes. The Ins. Co. was making us jump through so many hoops and we were having to talk to so many different people due to Covid. The whole process was terrible and the Ins. Co. began pushing back on our claim and was not willing to help any further with the price and cost of the roof replacement. Brenden immediately went to work for us with our claim. He took it upon himself to contact the claims adjuster on a consistent basis and he was available at all times through this process with any help and or questions that the Ins. Co. or I had. Through his thoroughness, honesty and professionalism Brenden was not only able to move the claim forward with the Ins. Co. but was also able to get the Ins. Co. to pay out more for the cost of the roof. Brenden went above and beyond for our family. Had it not been for him we would of had a repaired roof for the same amount or would of been paying everything out of pocket on our own. Brenden and his team at Steiners from that point were able to come out with very quick turnaround during a booming construction time and not the greatest time for weather either and were still able to quickly put on a beautiful, new updated roof! Yes they absolutely did an amazing job and beautiful work but more importantly they did the really hard, almost impossible behind the scenes work that no one will ever see or begin to know about! Steiner’s did an excellent job of replacing my badly damaged roof. Very professional, yet easy to talk to and work with throughout the process. My wife and I are very satisfied with our new roof. Steiner’s is our go-to roofing company.

Had issues at first, made a few phone calls and Steiner’s had a crew out to fix all the issues I had. Very pleased with the end result and follow up by Eric. THANK YOU
