I want to thank the workers of Murakami Roofing for such wonderful service. We were still under warranty and started to get a small leak. The office woman was super friendly and arranged to have Chris, a worker come the next day to check for the problem. Chris assessed the problem quickly and efficiently and explained what he would be doing to remedy the problem. Within an hour , the leak repaired with no charge. Such outstanding service is greatly appreciated. Mahalo Murakami Roofers.

Absolutely horrible. The team that did our roof were slobs. They took advantage of our hospitality by littering their lunch trash everywhere. I had to buy an industrial magnet to pick up hundreds of nails around my home. And I look in my attic today to set rat bait only to find tons of debris from the roofing job. Pure trash Murakami. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Terrible!

Very happy with my new roof. Murakami roofing charged me half of what Kapili roofing was going to charge me. I saved big bucks! I highly recommend Murakami Roofing. They did a good job too with taking the old shingles and nails. And they actually took our bulky item which was our old porch roof. Very kind local braddahs.

Earlier this week, strong winds and rain ruined my roof and caused it to leak. I called my insurance company and Murakami Roofing. They were very quick to come out to give me an estimate to repair the damage. A couple days later, the owner himself came out to make the repairs even though there were 70 other homes that were damaged by the wind. I was finally able to sleep at night not having to worry about rain pouring in the middle of my house. I can’t say enough great things about the high level of caring this company gives to their customers. The other company I called me and said they couldn’t make any repairs until the next month.

March 2018, had our roof done in 2017 by Murakami’s.. All the recent bouts of rain caused ponding on the roof. Called to inform them of the situation.. they came to assess and returned last couple days to remove damaged parts and reroof the area. We are extremely happy with their professional service and their commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

I couldn’t be happier with my new roof! It looks great, the color blends in well and matches the house and the surroundings. During the two days of removing old shingles, making necessary repairs to water damaged wood, and installing new shingles and drip edges, all the workers were most courteous and respectful, very professional, no loud music or loud yelling was ever heard. It was actually quite pleasant being in the house while all of this work was being done. The crew cleaned up the entire areas surrounding the house, went over the yard repeatedly with a metal detector, and every bit of rubbish was picked up. The finished product was done so professionally, it compliments the whole house, making it look new again. Thank you to everyone and to Clinton and Shelly for coordinating the work flow, despite unexpected weather changes, to get the job done successfully. I highly recommend Murakami Roofing to anyone who wants the best!

Murakami Roofing did an awesome job on my roof. It only took a couple days for them to rip off the old roofing material and install the new roof. I was very pleased when I reviewed their work. The workers were very friendly an professional. I would highly recommend Murakami Roofing to any of my family or friends.

I would like to personally thank your men for a job well done. Their enthusiasm and excitement they showed deserves some recognition. Their craftsmanship was superb, and they weren’t super rowdy or unprofessional like some other companies I cam into contact with during the quote process. They were in and out within a day and we couldn’t be happier with our new roof. Thanks so so much guys at Murakami!!!!
