We had a leak in our dining room window for years and other companies I called were all unable to find the source of our problem. Chris was great. He refused to leave until he found the leak and quickly fixed it. I highly recommend Sure Thing for any of your roofing problems.

Sure Thing came out late on a Friday afternoon to give me a last minute quote on roof repairs. He was super friendly, and the quote provided was very fair for the work that was to be performed. They were then able to do the repairs just a few days later. The entire process was pleasant and made much easier due to the professionalism of everyone involved. They did what they said when they said they would and with a smile. I would definitely recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working with Josh Thompson at Sure Thing Roofing since last August for tree damage to my airplane hangar from wind storm issues. Josh and his crew were outstanding !!! Not once since last August did I have one issue and I always received a call back within minutes over the entire construction repair timeframe. I contacted Sure Thing Roofing for a free roof inspection after a roof leak persisted after two failed attempts to repair from a previous roofing company. The inspection was scheduled the following day after I contacted Joshua with Sure Thing Roofing. The inspection revealed I had hail damage from a Spring 2023 hailstorm. I contacted my insurance company, they sent an outside adjuster for an inspection, and insurance company agreed I needed a total roof replacement. Sure Thing roofing was quick in scheduling the new roof replacement, they showed up at 7am on day scheduled, and new roof was completed by 5pm. Roof looks great and I highly recommend Sure Thing Roofing.

We are blessed to have found Sure Thing Roofing Contractor. A tree fell on our house damaging different areas of our home including the roof. We were stressed! We knew we needed a contractor who could replace/repair all the broken parts. Josh and James are those guys. They explained the process in detail. They always answered our questions. The contractors they sent to do the work were professional, efficient, punctual, and they did an excellent job. Josh or James constantly followed up on their work. Our home is beautiful once again–even better than before. Josh and James take pride in what they do. That is one reason they are the best! They are good people who cared about getting us through a difficult experience. We HIGHLY recommend Sure Thing Roofing Contractor.

I had an emergency in the middle of the night. Water was coming through my ceiling in 2 places into my living room due to a bad rain storm. I called Sure Thing Roofing and they came to my home the next day. They located the leak and scheduled their roofer to come the next morning at 8:00am He discovered additional leaks and repaired everything within a few hours. Then they took photos and shared everything with me so I could see all the repairs and save them in a file. I checked to see if they had their business license and general liability insurance. Everything was up to date. Excellent service so I am recommending them to other neighbors.
