These guys are awesome. After measurements and getting specifics of what we wanted done, Patrick came over and did an awesome job redoing the roof on a building we have on our homestead. Communicates very well, fairly priced, and does great work. Looks beautiful.

I spoke with Patrick about a small but complex roof deck on our house that is leaking. Due to the distance, they weren’t able to do the repair. So knowing that he would not get the job, Patrick proceeded to lay out for me exactly how he would fix it, along with pictures of how the material should look. Not only will this help me so that I can be knowledgeable about the process but also will help me pick a qualifed contractor who is closer to my location. Patrick went above and beyond to help me without any compensation or benefit to himself. If we lived in Newnan, we would definitely use Precision Roofers!

We had a bad storm yesterday and found a bunch of shingles that were blown into our yard. Patrick came out quickly and it ended up being our neighbor’s shingles. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If we need anything in the future we will call Patrick!

Patrick is very helpful and knowledgeable about his craft. He came out to fix my leaking skylight and was able/willing to come out later than usual working hours. He figured out the leak was due to debris building up on top of the skylight and fixed the issue without charging us, since it was a simple matter. He also gave us a very reasonable quote on installing a new roof on our barn. I will most likely be choosing him to do that roofing job.

Patrick saved the day. We purchased a home with a leaking metal roof. We hired a company that we had used previously at a different home to make repairs. They only made partial repairs. We could never get them back to complete the job. After six months of being strung along, we began to look for someone to straighten out the mess that had been left. Patrick came to our rescue. Our metal roof was 10 years old at this point. It was a bad installation, had bad flashing and was a poor choice of type of metal roof for our application. This particular roof requires the installation new screws every 10 years. It’s not designed to be placed on a building with interior finishes. Of course, we only learned this lesson after buying the home. Patrick spent a week personally replacing every screw on a 5,500 sq.ft. home and a 3-car garage apartment. We estimated that the job had over 2,500 screws. He also fixed the flashing issues around the dormers, and two fireplaces. While he was at it he replaced the aging boots, too. We are sleeping well knowing that this roof isn’t leaking anymore and that it was throroughly and painstakingly repaired by a real craftsman. Patrick showed up when he said he would, he carefully explained the issues involved, he gave us a very clear estimate of cost and time, and he came through for us with an excellent work product. I would recommend Patrick without any reservation.

Patrick took the time to help a group of students from Georgia Tech to help understand the installation of metal panel roofing. He was very willing to help, and his input was crucial to understanding the impact of any design manipulations.
