Jason with Rabbitts Roofing came right out when I called him. He was very knowledgeable and was always punctual when ever we had a meeting. The team was able to move the schedule up as snow and rain was moving in to the area. They were able to get the roof replaced right before the bad weather moved in, helping avoid further interior damage from the bad roof. The team showed up and was able to complete the job in one day. They worked great together and were very friendly to my family. The workmanship was outstanding and the new roof looks great. I can say without I doubt I would recommend Rabbitts Roofing should you need repairs or replacement to your roof.

Our insurance company did not want to replace our roof after there was obvious storm and hail damage, Rabbits roofing worked with us to overcome the insurance company road blocks and hurdles. Rabbitts roofing is very friendly, knowledgable, and thorough! They walked us through the process and we now have a new roof! Ps I tried 2 other roofing companies prior to using Rabbitts Roofing to no avail. Thank you to the great team at Rabbits Roofing.

Recently (three days before Hurricane Idalia) it rained in Jefferson. I woke up to get ready for work and found part of my ceiling on my floor. Not knowing how bad the leak was, never having had to deal with this before and knowing there was a hurricane coming up the coast I was more than a little worried. I called several roofing companies. Rabbitts was the first one to call back and the ONLY one to give me a realistic time frame. They showed up when they said they would, called like I asked them to on their way over and luckily it was just the sealant around the vents. They took care of it for us and would not even allow me to get them a drink on a humid day! Trust and believe when it comes to time to replace this roof…Rabbitts has my business! They are local, they care about their neighbors and their neighbors care about them! Thanks You Rabbitts! Jim…

Austin Burks was very pleasant to work with. He made this an easy process for us and did all of the footwork dealing with the insurance company and meeting with them. We would not have the new roof that we desperately needed and couldn’t afford that we now have if it wasn’t for him showing up at my door. Very thankful for his hard and dedicated work. Bill had a hand in all of this as well and I would not have a new roof if it wasn’t for him working with me. Thanks to them all.

Heard a neighbor raving about their new roof so I figured what the hay I should get my roof checked out. I called up Rabbits Roofing and they sent out a nice young fella to inspect my roof. Turns out I’m all good but Rabbits Roofing was great the whole time!

After a free roof inspection, and finding damage and notifying my insurance co. I was awarded full and complete restoration of my roof and gutters at no charge to me, all through my insurance. Rabbitt’s Roofing installed and repaired my roof in less than a day. With a follow up of complete installation of brand new Gutters. Highly professional and ontime. I had some minor roof damage. I called and left a message. The response time was less than 24 hours. I had a link with all of the damage within hours of the technician leaving my home. The roof has been repaired. Their team came early in the morning. By the time, I left to run errands the area had been cleared of all debris. I would recommend Rabbitt’s for all your roofing needs.
