One of the owners of this incredible roofing company is a great friend of mine. I just wanted to hype him up for his professionalism and responsiveness. No matter what we are doing, no matter the time/day, he ALWAYS answers business calls with courtesy and with a sense of urgency. I’m amazed at how hard he works. I hope one day I will be able to use his services to make my dream home that much more complete! Go PaceRoof!

Excellent experience. I needed to repair vent pipe boots that had started to leak. They came out the same afternoon and made the repairs. Problem solved for a fair price. Very satisfied.

After paying 14k to have a roof replaced, the previous company would not guarantee their work. They did not install flashing around the chimney which resulted in a major leak and damage to my interior. Nick was wonderful in getting my roof repaired the way it was supposed to be in the first place. They were efficient and very reasonable.

Jon Biel of PaceRoof and the executive team went to bat for us on a false denial of our claim. Their professionalism, knowledge of the insurance process and encouragement for us to stick with it after 2 rounds of dealing with a strange situation at our insurance company went above and beyond. Trust me, the hassle we went through wasn’t worth it to Jon Biel and the team, but they saw a “wrong” and chose to fight it with us. Now, the work…fantastic? No. Way better. We have a complex main house roof and a pool cabana with a half cone roof. Not an easy job, but the PaceRoof team showed up exactly as Jon said they would, almost to the minute folks, swarmed our house with a team of pros ripped off the old roof in hours and replaced it with a new upgraded architectural designer shingle and cleaned up the entire job site in 1 day, came back day to to final check and final clean in the am and Bam, done. My father built homes for a living so my expectations were high. PaceRoof exceeded every part of what I expected. USE THEM. TRUST JON BIEL. Awesome group of people.

I am so impressed with the crew, I’m so glad I decided to call Jon Biel and ask for an estimate. He walked us through the whole process and reassured us on every detail of our roof, no matter how many questions we had, Jon answered every single one! He was here throughout to make sure the adjuster knew our concerns as well as when Carlos and his crew were working on our roof. Their work was amazing from start to finish, Carlos and his crew even went as far as to clean my driveway just in case any nails were left behind. I appreciate all the hard work that was put into fixing my roof, would definitely recommend!! Thank you Jon, Carlos and everyone else who had a part in my new roof!
