While the new roof itself looks great, multiple tasks that were requested and included in the job contract were NOT done the ‘day of’. It took five weeks to get a couple of them accomplished; at least three are still outstanding. DO NOT ask New Image to do any carpentry, gutter work, etc. in conjunction with their roofing work. And, make sure the Job Manager who sold you your roof is the one who’ll be on-site the ‘day of’. Mine wasn’t and the person who showed in his place was had no idea what had been agreed to and contracted. He made it quite clear that ‘he was a roofer not a carpenter/painter/gutter guy/etc.

Chris Aldrich was so responsive to questions and concerns and quick to send over quotes. In a time where it’s hard to find good trustworthy work especially for such an important (and expensive) thing like your home we are happy to have found New Image Roofs.

New Image painted the exterior of my home and WOW!!! I had gotten 3 different quotes when we decided to paint our home, and they were all very different. I was about to move forward with a cheaper company, but I was not satisfied with their communication and it was making me concerned about how the communication was going to be during the process. I wasn’t looking for the cheapest… I was looking for a company that I felt confident in, and I am SO GLAD I decided to go with New Image! From start to finish, everything was wonderful!!! Andrew came out and quoted me. I could tell how knowledgable he was and also pointed out some repairs that needed to be made. Once we decided to move forward, we were put on the schedule quickly. They were on time every morning, Adrienne came by a few times to make sure that everything was being done properly, and I was happy. All of the painters were great! The cleanup afterwards was flawless. You would have never even known they were at my house at all. I am beyond satisfied with their work and will use again in the future!
