The guys at Equity Restoration are amazing. Both Nathan and Alex have been awesome with helping us battle our insurance company after some storms in North Ga in August 2023. After constant push back from insurance we just got the claim approved on 4/2/2024(thanks to the efforts of the Equity guys jumping through hoops for insurance), materials were dropped off on the 4th and the new roof was installed by end of day on the 5th. I can not say enough about how quick and efficient these guys were. Myself being a pretty particular person, I walked the perimeter of my house expecting to have a couple handfuls of nails…nope. I have only found two, which is absolutely astounding. They got me as a customer for life after our experience.

These guys have unprofessional advertising people. You do not leave advertisement signs directly in front of a neighborhood entrance sign without their permission. We have had to dispose of two of your signs placed directly in front of our neighborhood entrance which is on private property.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. Our neighborhood was hit by an EF-1 tornado in July of this year. Many of the homes in our neighborhood required roof replacement. My insurance company, Allstate, would only do a repair of my roof. I had three roofers tell me that I required a roof replacement. I fought with the insurance company for three weeks and got nowhere. Equity Restorations came in, and I allowed them to talk on my behalf to Allstate. They took pictures of the damage and performed testing. They convinced Allstate that I did need a roof replacement and they replace my roof in one day. The entire Roofing crew was very professional and beyond reproach. I highly recommend Equity Restoration for all your roofing needs. They did an awesome job!!
