April 2024: Before I could close on my home at the tail end of March 2024, I needed some work done to the roof. Truth Roofing offered the most competitive price across the companies I received quotes from. They replaced rotten decking, broken shingles, and the roof vents; along with the flashing and boots around various water entry points. July 2024: Since having the roof repaired, we have had to callback Truth once to fix a leak, they told us they only do one callback per roof repair. They patched and caulked the holes from the previous labor in early May. Since this one callback we have had numerous other leaks open near the surrounding regions they repaired. I’m not blaming Truth for the water intrusion, because there is no way to prove it, but there were no signs of water intrusion on the ceilings before we purchased the house. Now my wife and I lack peace of mind when it comes to our roof. We will be getting an entirely new roof put on the house. Unfortunately, I will not choose Truth Roofing for this job.

Truth Roofing was exceptional to work with. Professional, honest, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Went above and beyond to walk us through the insurance claim process. Their contractors were neat and organized with their materials. It was also a quick turnaround. I would recommend then for all your roofing needs!

They made the process a lot easier. The price was good and service was great. The only thing I had somewhat of a issue with was the credit card fees and I guess all businesses pass the cost onto customers now

I had a fantastic experience talking with Luke from Truth Roofing today! He gave an honest assessment of my roofing needs and clearly demonstrated his extensive knowledge during our conversation. He took the time to explain every detail, ensuring I understood the scope of the work and the associated costs. The transparency and expertise gave me great confidence in their services. This was a night and day experience especially after talking with another roofing company in the area – who left me feeling overwhelmed and scammed. Chris, Maggie and Billy have been amazing from start to finish. I have never had to file an insurance claim before and they were super helpful in all aspects of the job. They did a fantastic job helping making it al come together and were great at communicating on every aspect of the job. They were amazing to work with and our new roof makes the house look almost brand new…

Truth Roofing did an excellent job. As a woman, I often find that speaking with contractors about my home can be hit or miss. Not with Truth Roofing. Luke was able to answer all of my questions and provided helpful information for me to consider. I chose to work with my insurance directly, and I was never pushed to give them an agreement to negotiate with the insurance. Several other contractors I reached out to either refused to give quotes because they only work with insurance, or gave a rough number and then pushed for me to sign their agreement. They were on time, cleaned up everything, and made sure my tenant was happy. The tenant aspect was likely the most difficult part of the job, as they were clearly skilled workers. Luke’s honesty continued when the tenant reached out to him with a complaint. He called me immediately and resolved their concern the same day, even though as the homeowner I found it inconsequential and would never have called to complain. I don’t have another roof to do, and this one has an excellent warranty, but if I did in the CSRA, I’d use Truth Roofing again.

Truth Roofing did a phenomenal job on our new roof with speedy service. The staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
