Rosie’s has been excellent to work with. Responsive, addressed issues very timely and handled complexity on our replacement like working around solar remove / reinstall, a grumpy neighbor and me being particular about the work. Also highlighting the cleanup after the job was done, it was nearly perfect. I had expected to pick up bits of old tar paper for the next year. The roof looks great and we’re looking forward to it lasting a long time.

If you want your neighborhood filled with blaring music and yelling, this is the company for you. No respect for homeowners in the townhome community they’re working in today. Would not recommend if you value your neighbors.

What a pleasure to deal with Rosie’s Roofing! I called yesterday and received an immediate response with a team scheduled to come this morning. They arrived promptly. They were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and listened well. The team assessed the situation both verbally and on the roof and took the action that was needed, In today’s world, Rosie Roofing is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.

I’m very satisfied with Rosie’s. Their team communicated exceptionally well with me before, during, and after my roof replacement. And they handled some minor incidental damage very quickly and professionally (damage that they technically caused, but that they could not have known to anticipate and avoid). I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs a roof replacement.

I had a really good experience with Rosie’s Roofing. Courtney did a good job analyzing what work had to be done (which turned out to be less than I feared), and coming up with a reasonable estimate. She was honest and straightforward in her dealings with me. Her crew, headed by Raul, was also excellent. They worked long and hard, and were concerned to do a good job. They kept me informed and showed me exactly what they were doing and why. They also kept a clean and organized work site, and made no unnecessary noise. I appreciated that because I’ve had complaints from neighbors when I’ve used other contractors, and I got no complaints this time. On the contrary, my neighbors came up to me afterward and told me they were very impressed with my roofers.
