The Odd Couple, Christopher and Terry, are terrific! Christopher came promptly to assess the problem (replacement and repair of an awning over a bay window). He quickly followed up with recommendations, and we scheduled the work. His team came showed up when they said they would and did an outstanding job. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

ERS did an excellent job on my roof! Everyone I dealt with was awesome. From the start my rep David was friendly, customer oriented and communicative on the process, answering any questions. Then Cowboy Josh, came to the house to look at my roof damage. I found out he always wears a cowboy hat. He was also very friendly and customer oriented, he knew his stuff. Then on the day of install, the roofing team arrived early and along with their project manager Jon, were quick, through in cleaning up every inch of my yard. My rep David even came by, the day of install, to see about the process. I am very satisfied with this company and their people and would recommend them, hands down.

This company did a tremendous job from start to finish. Sales Rep Dave Gates did an awesome job walking us through the entire process, including working with our insurance company. The quality of the product is superior and the care at the installation crew was appreciated. The management team also followed up afterwards to ensure there were no issues. 100% recommend this company for your roof replacement.

QUALITY ROOFING CONTRACTOR! I did extensive research on roofing costs. The Odd Couple Roofing Contractor with Emergency Roofing Solutions, Terri and Chris are phenomenal! The team was the best, that I have encountered in Atlanta in last 20 years. I contacted my Insurance provider regarding damage sustained by weather. I received a prompt call from Terri and setup an appointment for the following Monday. After completing the damage assessment, Terri and Chris reviewed the damage and explained my options to correct the problem and answered questions. They assisted me with every aspect of my claim including scheduling the estimates with peripheral contractors, etc. They were in touch with me daily either by phone or in person. They have expert knowledge of roofing damage, repair to any structural needs and options. The skills provided by the on-site Manager and Roofing Team were beyond excellent. I trusted Terri and Chris from our first meeting. It was obvious this Emergency Roofing Soltions and the Odd Couple Team held my interest/needs as a homeowner above anything else. The cost to replace my roof was below what I paid 7 years ago. The team was professional, but by the time the project was completed, I felt as though I was part of a family of honest, good people.

Chris and Terry was a pleasure to work with in reviewing and recommending what is appropriate for our roof. We’ve had several leaks and patch repairs over 5 years and decided to go with a full replacement rather than continuing to put bandaids all around. They were informative in the process behind the replacement, why certain shingles and products are used, and kept us updated as the day came closer. The crew arrived early, started early, and finished the job early. My wife and I would highly recommend working with them if you like having someone walk you through and not feel like you’re being sold under a high pressure manner!

Chris, Terri, and their team were awesome to work with! From the moment I called for an emergency tarp to roof replacement day, was a positive experience. Chris & Terri were very patient with me as this was the first time I replaced a roof. Everyone I encountered was helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I appreciated all of the pictures and drone footage taken throughout the entire process to demonstrate the progress. Suggestions were given for maximum efficiency and ventilation of the new roof. They even coordinated the painter to come and repair & paint my ceilings! My neighbor’s continue to compliment me on the roof and how great it looks. They did an excellent job on my roof replacement and have stellar customer service!
