They were contracted to do warranty work for JA Edwards on my roof. Nothing but a mess and excuses. Dragged work out for months. Went through multiple “managers” who said they would get the problem resolved. All I asked was to communicate with me and workers would show up unannounced or no-show when they said they would be there. Reading the other reviews it appears they should stick to doing their own repair and not warranty work. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

My experience with clear skies has been amazing form the first interaction with them to the last. Always communicated well and they were very helpful with pricing and preferences I had, regarding the roof. I had some last minute request, which were allowed and I really appreciate that. I can’t reccomend this company enough, not only for the amazing roof job, but also for the professionalsm and customer service. 5 out of 5 stars.

Richard and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional . Would recommend them to anyone in need of any roofing services! I’ve used him for a roof replacement on my boathouse to pass inspection for my insurance company . The work turned out excellent and with plenty of time for the inspection!

I called Richard Edmonds about damage I had on my roof. He set up an appointment that week and came out to look over the roof with me. Mr. Edmonds then made contact with my insurance to show them damage due to weather we had over the last year. Insurance then in turn contacted me and replaced my entire roof. Without his help proving the hail and storms we had had recently I most likely would have had to pay for these repairs myself.

I had roof damage from Ian and had difficulty finding a company to complete a small repair job. Contacted Richard, sent photos of the damage, got a prompt written estimate and technician came within a few days. Hours before Hurricane Nicole, Jose was willing to complete the repair even with a light rain off and on. Jose was professional, seemed very thorough and completed the repair which was more extensive than first impression. Roof looks good and no leaks from the Hurricane. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend to friends

With hundreds of roofing companies in the area it was hard for us to narrow down who we wanted to work with after a storm damaged our roof. After interviewing multiple companies Clear Skies Roofing stood out to us as not just a quality roofer but as the only company that would truly stand behind there work. This was extremely important to us as almost every roofer we spoke with detailed how complex our roof was. The team at Clear Skies took time to build a quality plan to replace our roof. Like in all construction projects we had a few small challenges along the way, and that is when I knew we had made the right decision to partner with Clear Skies. Whenever a challenge came up our project manager and the owner of the company where onsite to evaluate the challenge and then make recommendations to solve the problem. They did not just sell us a roof, they became part of our homes story and the amazing thing is they truly treated us and our home that way. They went above and beyond to ensure they built a quality roof that will last. The owner of the company still believes in doing the right thing. Quality, Integrity, and Professional are just a few of the words I would use to describe the Clear Skies team. Clear Skies Roofing does great work. They just helped me with my 5th residential roof replacement and the quality is superb. I have recommended them to my friends and would recommend to anyone who needs to get their roof replaced.
