I would like to thank affordable roofing services for doing a good replacement with my mother’s roof . We had an issue with the City of Miami Gardens because of a rear addition to the property 15 years ago. Affordable roofing services hired a structural engineering to help them properly assess and reconstruct the roof as per code for the City of Miami Gardens.

We hired Affordable Roofing Services for our Home Owner Association and was very pleased. We had a great experience with the company as they were professional, arrived on time and met our roofing needs. We had multiple leaks on some of our common buildings and Affordable Roofing Services did an excellent job with the repairs. We are now contracting Affordable Roofing Services to do our entire HOA. Affordable Roofing is the best roofing company in South Florida! My house had two different leaks that no other roofing company could fix. Three other local companies tried and it kept leaking. it is now four months later the roof has not leaked a drop. I thought the price was more than fair and the service was great. They scheduled in advance and arrived on time. I would highly recommend them.

Folks Aston might be a nice guy but the service you get from his company will be VERY disappointing. Took almost three months to get the job complete. Each time we spoke it was always someone else’s fault for the delay. There was debris left in the yard for weeks and that too he would not take the responsibility for. Just not a good experience. Sad but true. Look elsewhere for a roofing experience.

In the pass I had bad experiences with some other roofing companies. Affordable roofing came out and explain to me everything about my roof . The gentleman was very nice and professional. When the work was done my property was nice and clean, you will never knew they was here. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.
