We recently had to replace our aging shingle roof. Zavala’s Pro Roofing was highly recommended by Preston Enterprises, who had done some patch work a year and a half ago, but were unable to help us at this time. Everyone I spoke and dealt with was very professional, courteous, and kind. I really appreciated the fact that someone always answered the phone if I called with a question before they started. They explained the options of materials, sent detailed explanations of the process and start time once the permits were approved. True to their word, the permit was approved on a Friday and they started work on the following Monday. The work was completed in approximately a week and a half, despite rain delays. The employees always cleaned up around our home before they left each evening, which was greatly appreciated. A representative came by during and after the roof was finished to see if we had any questions and make sure all was well in our home because of the heavy rain we’d had. They even put 2 additional goose neck vents in the roof to help with attic ventilation. We are extremely happy and satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them to everyone for their roofing needs.

Very thorough and conscientious when they’re complete, they sweep around the perimeter with a large magnet on a bar to make certain that there’s no nails or anything left behind pleasure doing business with them.

In every category they exceeded my expectations; Professionalism, Courtesy, Craftsmanship and Hard Work flows from the top. From the President Mr. S. Zavala, to the VP, Mr. F. Parra, to every worker I met; Julio, Mario and many more, their TEAM synergy was truly amazing. My lawn sign is prominently displayed. I would definitely recommend Zavala’s Pro Roofing. All of my calls and text messages were responded to almost immediately. Any time I had a question, Mario was there to answer it. The process went smoothly, and our roof turned out beautiful. The gentlemen working on our roof were respectful and courteous and at the end of each day, they cleaned up everything!

If you need a new roof, this is the place to go! They are professional, quick to answer and return phone calls and the work was perfect. When they took the old roof off, there was not a single thing left on the ground. Naturally, people are hesitant to hire any company because people don’t show up, etc. This company showed up, completed the work quickly and efficiently and I would absolutely recommend them! As a bonus, their quote was the lowest.

I have used Zavalas roofing twice in the past year and in both repairs they have done an outstanding job. First of all they show up on time. Unheard of in dealing with most south Florida contractors. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who has a roofing problem Great company, great workers.

Fede was a life saver and saved me thousands of dollars. I had an emergency repair for a leaky roof and he was there within an hour to get the job completed for me. Other places told me several hours and days for an appointment. Very reasonable costs as well, I couldn’t be more happy. No need to call anyone else Ever again!
