The owners and staff at CRS are consummate professionals! Roof replacement started about 30 days after proper permits were obtained and the job finished within about three days. All my questions were answered thoroughly and response times were impeccable. Requests for pictures and documentation were granted promptly. Everything was clearly outlined in the contract, no surprises. Thank you again Joseph, George,Christine and Joanna. Extremely pleased, keep up the great work!

During the actual re-roofing process, our property was thoroughly cleaned up every night, and there was no damage to any of our landscaping. Excellent communication throughout the process. Complete Roofing Solutions reroofed our home in West Palm Beach March 2024. We accepted bids from three local roofing contractors. CRS’s bid package was the most complete with full project descriptions, milestones and pricing breakdowns. Their project manager came to our home several times and fully inspected our roof prior to submitting their bid. They were attentive to our specific concerns and provided reasonable economical solutions to bringing our roof up to current code requirements. Although the other companies we considered seemed knowledgeable, The CRS project manager was able to thoroughly explain every aspect of our reroof project process and procedures. They satisfactorily answered all of our questions. The CRS work crew were professional and respected out property. They completed cleaned up all debris at the end of each day as well as at completion. Our new roof looks wonderful. They did a great job. We highly recommend Complete Roofing Solutions.
