Family First installed our new roof at the end of February. Still trying to get the paperwork for my homeowners insurance filled out and returned to me so I can submit. Unacceptable follow up. I have tried for 3 1/2 months since the roof was replaced. It is a shame because we had a few issues with the installation that ultimately were resolved but then this happened. Right back to our original opinion for this company. Hire another company. We cannot and would not recommend them. So disappointed. Again.

I get that replacing a roof is going to be messy, but this is excessive. What’s the point of putting a dumpster in the driveway for over a week if they’re not even going to try to throw the shingles into it. I was told, “it’s faster to clean it up later. We’ll make sure to get all the nails.” Well, I found nails across the grass and around the house for weeks. Also, a sign was nailed into our tree without even so much as speaking to me. Just overall a disregard for the home they were working on.
