Josh from Mastercraft was absolutely amazing! He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable! He was able to identify my leak and had it fixed in the same day! Can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend!!!

Buying a roof is never fun, however, Josh Corbin made the process as smooth as possible. I had several companies that came out to fix a small leak, without even getting on the roof, they told me the whole thing needed to be replaced, obviously I was skeptical. When Josh arrived, he completed a full inspection with integrity and honesty, explained how he could fix it but would recommend replacing the entire thing. I trusted his opinion from the get-go and we got the service scheduled. With every project, complications arose, Josh and his team managed the hiccups with efficiency and professionalism. The work was approved by the inspector on the first go around, and they got the job done. Mastercraft did a great job, I would not hesitate to recommend their work to anyone looking.

Called Mastercraft after Hurricane Ian to repair some minor damage. They let me know that I was low priority since I had no active leaks – I appreciated their honesty. Josh and Jose and crew recently completed the roof repairs and replaced some damaged soffit which was a bit tricky (due to a conduit passing through the soffit) in professional manner and cleaned up afterwards. Good job. I will use them again.

We had our roof done by Mastercraft in January 2021. We just went through hurricane Ian with 10-12 hours of pounding 90+mph winds. We didn’t lose 1 shingle and not a drop of water. Mastercraft is the best!

My friend paid for the service and with the new roof it started leaking right away. When he called the company they said they would fix it right away. It has now been several months later no one has even came to check it out. When he voiced his concern with the company again they said it would be a substantial amount to fix it (even when they didn’t do their job in the beginning). Very disappointed would not recommend to anyone seeking roofing help.

Hired these folks in July to repair a leak. Went on vacation and realized in early Oct. that the leak was not fixed. Reached out to them and finally got through. They set an appointment last week to fix the job–no one showed up and no correspondence from them. They will not return calls or emails–very dissatisfied customer.
