I was unaware of the law reqarding any roof 20 years or more negating homeowner’s insurance and when i inherited a house in Florida, as an out of stater, i was panic stricken as to what to do! I secured several estimates, did thorough research and spoke to all the companies (all from long distance) and I can’t throw enough praise on how kind and respectful and HELPFUL Thomas Roofing was in guiding me through this process. Jessica was just amazing. She helped me with the paperwork and virtually held my hand. Vincent kept me informed all along the way with the progress. They let me know when they would begin, sent photos and told me when it was accomplished. They did a beautiful job, cleaned everything up and the roof looks great. Any question i had, was answered, any concern was met and the cost was totally in line with what I researched for the area. They were considerate with some unexpected (at least on my end) costs. I can’t heap enough praise. My neighbors kept any eye out for me and they said the crew was great and I am so pleased. Thank you so much!

Talked to 3 different roofing companies about fixing our roof. Jose with Thomas Roofing did the inspection then explained the work needed to fix the roof and answered all our questions. We chose Thomas Roofing because their work would completely fix the problem and not just patchwork it. Jose completed the job himself and did an excellent job. When finished he showed us pictures of the various work stages of the job. When work was finished he cleaned up all debris. We are very pleased with Thomas Roofing and highly recommend them for anyone’s roofing needs. Just had my new metal roof installed by Thomas Roofing and I LOVE it. They are professional with superior work ethics. The project manager, Juan, was on the job daily and handled all my requests efficiently and correctly. He kept me informed of every step along the way. The roofing crew was reliable and hard working. They arrived early and worked thru late afternoon. I highly recommend Thomas Roofing for any roofing needs.

I used Thomas Roofing for my reroof and it exceeded all expectations. Hunter Kitchens was my first contact person who worked with me until the roof was installed. He was excellent to work with and patient. Very professional. The roofers were efficient, polite, and worked well together. There was extra work done at the end of the day for the chimney, and the supervisor was there at the end. It took 13 hours. Even the company delivering and picking up the dumpster was polite. The inspection was signed off in two days. Very professional and reliable company which I highly recommend.

Had a great experience with our roof. They did things in a timely manner and cleaned most everything off the ground. Just a few small stuff because the wind was up. We are very satisfied with the company since we did have to wait for the Insurance claim. Their attorneys did a great job with helping us. Highly recommend them. Completed an entirely roof of 2960sq ft home replacement of a 2008 home of mine within 3 days. Even after taking day off, completing the install of the shingles, the full approved job was complete with a certified safe roof within the very first day at the end of it.
