We have just had a new metal roof installed by Total Roofing Systems. It could not have gone better. Sean Perez, sales rep was our first contact with Total Roofing. He did a masterful job describing the process, answering all our questions and promptly provided a very reasonable quote. He stayed in touch through the entire process. The tear off of our tile roof and the installation of the underlayment was accomplished in one day. The 7 person crew laid out plastic tarps to protect our landscaping and did an great job of cleaning up. The installation was also most professional. They have an extremely hard working crew who battled high temps and high humidity. My wife and I provided various drinks and snacks to help them with hydration. We were extremely pleased with the final product and the best news; our homeowners insurance rate was cut in half.

Great Company, great work, at a great price. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roofing contractor. We had a reroof performed from barrel tile to metal roof with a secondary water barrier added. The sales rep told me about the MSFH grant program. It took 8 months for the state to finally approve my application and this company honored the original quote. The workmanship was outstanding and only took a week to complete.
