I was stressed about this whole roof thing. My roof was leakin’ somethin’ fierce, and I didn’t know where to turn. A buddy of mine recommended Level Best, so I called them up. Talked to this super friendly guy named James, the sales manager himself! James came out to my place the next day and spent like an hour walkin’ me through everything. He even climbed up on that rickety ol’ roof himself (crazy fella!). James explained what needed to be done, gave me a fair price, and even helped me deal with the insurance company. The crew that did the work was top-notch – fast, clean, and professional. Now my roof is leak-free, and my stress levels are way down. I first heard about this company from a well respected neighbor in this community who recently replaced his roof He rave about his friends who own a roofing company that replaced his roof, so I requested a free roof inspection. I dealt mainly with Mr George Stierling who became my advocate from the very beginning on every aspect of the roof claim process journey. Always a phone call away when I had questions, returning calls within minutes of leaving messages. He always messaged any movement in the process to keep us abreast of the situation. Roofer laborers did a terrific job on my roof and cleaned up every single piece of debris from the old roof shingles and after installing the new shingles. So I have to say, yes I recommend this company They are very professional and understand how to guide homeowners through this complicated process
