Rodolfo Arce made this experience less stressful. I have watched other contractors in my neighborhood that dragged the roofing process out for weeks. GM Roofing finished the noise portion in one day and the entire roof was finished within four days. The best part was Rodolfo’s customer service. All of my calls were answered immediately and each step in the process was thoroughly explained. I highly recommend this company and so glad I chose them. I had a few companies lined up to quote for a brand new roof, but after meeting with Rodolfo I cut my search short. His proposal was informative with terms that were easy to understand (especially for a newer homeowner with zero experience replacing their older roof). GM Roofing was also familiar with the grant program I was operating through, and took extra steps to make sure I was provided with the photos, inspections, and assurances I needed for that process to go smoothly. Their efficiency was remarkable. Fast, clean, and unobtrusive with all things considered. I have dogs that go into my backyard multiple times a day, so knowing they took extra measures to clean up thoroughly as they went was a real comfort. I didn’t have to worry about nails, or debris, or anything left behind. Replacing my smaller roof took less than a week. I couldn’t be more grateful for GM Roofing. TLDR; Do it. You won’t regret the choice, and your stress will appreciate the break.

GM Roofing replaced my old shingle roof with a new standing seam roof last week, and did a great job! Rodolfo Arce was my point of contact with GM and I met him when he was in charge of installing my neighbor’s roof two years ago. I asked him for an estimate/quote at the time and within a couple days, I had a nice folder detailing the measurements, estimates and options. The “package” he provided, his communication skills and the skill of the GM Roofing crew that I was able to witness while completing my neighbor’s roof, cemented in my mind that I would use GM Roofing for my own roof when the time was right. Fast forward two years, and I reached out to Rodolfo for a re-estimate and to again discuss what type of metal roof I would install. I went with Rodolfo’s recommendation of the type of roof, in the color/tone that I desired, and am very happy with our collaborative choice. I was very impressed with GM Roofing’s professionalism and diligence in getting the roof done, especially considering that it was in between difficult and unpredictable weather patterns. Lastly, I want to say that Communication and timeliness are very important to me when I’m paying for a service and GM Roofing did not disappoint. Rodolfo communicated with me regularly, advising of any changes, delays or timelines. Overall we were very pleased with the service provided by GM Roofing. They were prompt at every step of the process and completed the job when promised. Rodolfo was accessible from start to finish and stayed on top of the entire process. The crews kept the area clean which was a big deal for us. The roof looks great and the one issue we had was quickly fixed to our satisfaction, no hesitation in recommending GM roofing.

I can definitely say GM Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof. Rodolfo made it an easy process and kept us updated on the progress. He addressed any questions or concerns that we had. It took about 2 weeks for the roof to be completed. The crew worked so hard. We absolutely love the finished product!
